The location is very perfect, close to many attractions. The service n amenities is pretty good, recommend staying here if u travel to Seville.

The hotel's map isn't very clear, and the parking lot was extremely difficult to find and not easy to maneuver. My car was too big and I was worried about scraping the pillars. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Everything else was fine.

Excellent location, right in front of the Alcazar Palace and just 200m from the EA airport bus stop (45min to the airport). All the main attractions are within walking distance, for example, Plaza de España is only 5 minutes away. The rooftop bar offers incredible views of the Giralda tower and the cathedral. The interior spaces are very pleasant and well-decorated. The rooms are nice and come with a small kettle, offering a variety of teas and coffees. The shower head was a bit damaged, the water flow was poorly directed, and the glass partition was too short. The bathtub should probably be replaced with a walk-in shower, but overall the facilities are excellent.

Excellent location, right opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they have a dedicated room for luggage storage, which feels very secure. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to the Old Town and Plaza de España. It's about a 20-minute walk from the train station.

The Hotel front desk receptionist (mid age man) was very bad behavior, rude.
During my entire Spain trip I have never face this kind of person unprofessional behavior, rudeness and unethical.
The room size is good!! But the floor is not properly clean there is the dust, the bathroom have small kind of insects and sometimes we feel suddenly very bad smell in the room.
No lockers in the room as well as small refrigerator as an amenities.
Also I would rate my stay rating 4/10 and that is just because of the hotel location, otherwise based on the location you think to stay in this Hotel.

The hotel facilities are quite old, but overall it's very clean. The room itself is a bit small, but this time it came with a balcony, which was lovely to sit out on in the morning. The hotel's location is excellent, pretty close to all the main attractions, most of which are within a 10-15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively gave a detailed introduction to Seville's main sights. It was a very pleasant stay.

If your a tourist please do not come and eat here owner is very rude , they confused our plates and came after to complain that we ate it . How are we supposed to know what our meal is? First time here ! Este lugar no sirve para nada la persona encargada tiene un actitude bien feo y la comida no sirve para nada te cobran por el estilo más que todo !

You can trust what I wrote. I will never ever visit this place again. I went to this place because I felt like having Ramen when I saw the picture of the Ramens which were outside of the restaurant. But when I tried to order it, they said they don't have it. Pretty ridiculous. FYI, They only have one type of Ramen. And I ordered Kyoza which was the worst Kyoza(5 pieces) of my life. It was the smallest and half full of air. (And it costs 5 euros. Genial!). If you are willing to get ripped off, this place is highly recommended. I give 1 stars because the servers were nice. But for the food I would definitely give none.

I am from Asia, of course Asia's people favourite mostly noodles soup. I was exited to find this restaurant closed to the hotel, how could I say. I never come back to this restaurant just because the soup wasn't taste, anyways hopefully they will cook by heart in the future.

If your ideal ambiance is hospital light and church music, please, disregard my review.
Now a few words about the food: if quantity is your thing you won't be disappointed, the portions are enormous. Not necessarily in edible food though, your piece of fish may be taking your whole plate but half of it might be bone and skin still swimming in the olive oil that seems to be the chef's favorite choice of sauce. The so called vegetables are only a garnish (one onion, a slice of carrot, one small tomato and half of an asparagus).
We chose an andalousian wine which was good and correctly priced.
The service was correct but the final bill was the only thing that resembled what you expect from a fine dining establishment... without being one!

We came across this restaurant in the attempt to shelter the sudden rain. However, We were pleasantly surprised by its good food and good service. We had grilled octopus, croquettes of Iberian ham, and stewed Iberian pork cheeks, which were all delicious.
