Had to cancel our reservation as we booked in for an earlier date. Even with a weeks notice was still not refundable.

The hotel is not up to 4-star standards. Damaged parquet/tiles. Yellowed bathroom grout. The exercise equipment is not clean. No blanket, just a sheet, only one towel for the entire room and the whole week, and no change, so it was torn from wear and tear. Therefore, the hotel is overpriced for the quality provided.

Walking distance to local market, eateries and attractions ! Room size was ok but only 1st day drinking water was provided.

Excellent service the moment we checked in they provided us a list of recommendations of what to see and gave excellent recommendations for food as well. Location wise it’s not at the city Center but we already knew that. 20mins walk to city Center by crossing the bridge. Lovely place and had time to explore triana which was really nice as well

Excellent location, just outside the main attraction areas so nice and quiet but easy access.

The hotel is cozy and convenient in the city. The staff is helpful but the outlook picture in the trip.com is not updated. It is a bit noisy if people walk around the outside corridor. Overall is ok if just for a night or two.

The staff was very helpful, location was great, great decor and the views from the roof top pool were excellent… pool temperature was good if you like cold plunges. Our room was overlooking a noisy street so I would ask for a quieter location next time. I would definitely go back!

I have chosen this Hotel for a work visit in Sevilla.
When booking a hotel I look at 3 things, room size, breakfast and airconditioning.
This hotel has NO WORKING airconditioning and thereof you can enjoy a night at 24 degree while outside was 22.
To me it ment a full sleeplen night, at 146 euro, breakfast included.
The property is aware of that and should properly and timely inform the customer, instead they prefer to have disappointed customer that will never return.
When booking a hotel I look at 3 things, room size, breakfast and airconditioning.

The hotel is in a very good location, and you can reach various attractions on foot. Service is also good

Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The rooms are nice and spacious, great beds too, slept really well all week. I loved the location too, you’re out of the centre of Seville here but can get there in 15 minutes if walking, or you can use a lime bike to get there even quicker!
The one thing that stands out about this hotel is the staff, they’re incredibly friendly, polite and can’t do enough for you. I noted that every morning we passed reception to go out for the day, the staff always greet you and say hello which is a touch of class. In addition, they were able to adapt to me and my lack of ability to speak Spanish, which helped a lot.
We’ll be back when we next visit Seville, I’d recommend this place to everybody.

A great place to sample local specialties in Triana. Order a few cañas or glasses of wine and share plates of blistered peppers, meatballs, or fried anemone (ortiguillas). The anemone taste like a fried ocean wave and are worth being adventurous. It's a pleasant departure from the tourist path.
