We took a taxi to and from the airport, otherwise we mostly walked. However, the hotel is a bit far from the attractions, usually a walk of just under 20 minutes. The hotel is quite small, and the bathroom design is particularly strange; the toilet is very close to the sink. It's alright, comparable to a domestic budget hotel.

We were very happy with the hotel. The location is perfect. Close to the center but still calm over night. Room was spacious and the bathroom had everything you might need. Bed was really comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite, always smiling and willing to help. So I definitely recommend. We stayed there 4 nights and the price was adequate to the quality.

I chose this hotel for the night before my wedding to get ready, and it was a great decision. The room was beautiful for photos, very comfortable, and cozy; the service was very attentive, and the price was quite reasonable.

Lovely hotel in Triana. Check in was a breeze (there are temporary spots for you to unload luggage, just have to ask front desk to remove the barrier if not enough space). Booked the junior suite which is the largest room on the top floor. Balcony is great for lounging around. Clean and modern. Good night of sleep. I did hear some occasional sounds of furniture being moved around the second night, but they died down toward midnight. They have underground parking but I opted to park my car myself (very hard to find parking in Triana in general, be prepared for long walks back to hotel). Breakfast was above average, I wish they would automatically replenish the items that were depleted (for example, salmon was gone on both mornings), but they did bring out more when I asked. Front desk personnel suggested some amazing restaurants and are very friendly. 5 out of 5 stars!

Stayed here for one night in October. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-maintained and unoffensive, albeit small. They provide an amenity kit that includes a toothbrush/toothpaste and hairbrush. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and a stocked mini fridge (which makes it a bit of a nuisance to find space for your own items). There isn't much natural light as rooms look out on a built up street.
The location is walking distance from the Plaza Espana and also off of a nice commercial street with good cafes and shopping. We used the onsite garage for an extra charge of 18 euros -- but be warned the garage is VERY tight! They kindly took the liberty of washing the windshield while the car was parked.
The wifi was horrible.

Good modern hotel with friendly service.

We arrived early during the heavy rains and flooding of 29/10/2025. The welcoming people at the front desk made sure that our rooms were ready and we could check-in early.

The rooms were clean, modern and the bed was great (3 different kinds of pillows are available on demand).

The breakfast is good and varied - a second coffee machine might be a welcome addition.

The hotel does not offer parking space and is 20 minutes on foot from the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monte Carmelo. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need — hair dryer, toothbrush, slippers, coffee machine, and more. Everything was just perfect.
The location is excellent… many attractions are within walking distance and the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, yet still full of life. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
