Very centrally located hotel in the city center. Quick check-in and good service at reception.

Clean, warm and nice staff. But room right by staircase so noisy guests late into the night. Ask for a room away from the staircase. Very close to all the beautiful buildings.

It's advertised with photos that aren't real.
Room 202 is unsanitary.
The bathroom has no ventilation.
The sink is poorly lit.
The shower tray is small and uncomfortable.
The bidet is practically unusable.
There's no chair, although in truth, there's no room. The decoration is a dusty floral bouquet. The wardrobe is small and inconvenient.
That room is very noisy. There's noise from inside (the elevator).
I don't understand how it has three stars.
All of this can be seen from the aforementioned room.
The information sign in the bathroom is degrading for a three-star hotel.

The hotel maintains the ambience of its 15th century roots. Beautiful indoor plazas with exquisite artwork. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the staff! I have a broken arm, and they made sure I was comfortable, provided ice for my arm & assisted me with my luggage. The room was charming, complete with doors opening out onto a small balcony which overlooked the main street below. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! I will return!

The location could not have been better. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots to see and do within a 20 minute walk.

This hotel charged us $2,542 Canadian for 4 nights in a room with 2 beds and a cot.
The caregiver for our special needs sun canceled so we brought him to Spain with us. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager told us our room only accommodates two people (******* says 3+1) and we need to book a three person room.
She also informed us there would be no refund on our first booking since we were canceling on the day of our arrival, so we lost $892.00 CAD.
Tha new 3 bed room cost $1,000 Euros ($1650 CAD)
$1650.+$892 =$2542 CAD for a 4 night stay in a room with 2 beds and a cot.
I called ******* and they weren't any help at all. They said they do not control Hotel pricing.

Good location
Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places.
We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street.
But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience.
If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

Do not stay at this property. Very unfriendly management, do. Not like Americans, very uncomfortable beds and poor tapas restaurant. I was significantly overcharged. stay away!

Very cute vintage hotel in a great area for tourism in Seville. FYI that they are very strict about non-refundable bookings- we asked to upgrade our room and weren't allowed to make a change after the initial booking.

Great hotel in great location . Building and decor amazing . Very helpful and friendly 24 hour reception . On site cafe and restaurant not very good but plenty of options nearby . Would highly recommend

It is used to be famous for being served the best ensaladilla in the city. I think there are some restaurants with a very very (and different) good ensaladilla, but this is one of the best. The have different tapas too, as well as craft beer and coffee. Maybe the serve in outside tables is not very good, the waiters look to be unmotivated.

Went there on a Monday. Needless to say that the waiters served us unfrozen fish which was poorly cooked. The Sangria was watered down and had a cheap taste. Tourist trap, avoid.

We went twice during our stay in Seville on recommendation from several people. It was excellent - service, food, wine, atmosphere. The paella was wonderful although a bit salty for our taste. The second night we arrived early before the official opening time but the staff kindly accommodated us. This a small authentic Seville restaurant just away from the touristy places. Very enjoyable.
