Hotel Palace Sevilla in Seville

I had a great experience with this hotel because of the staff. The staff earned the 5-star review. I did not like the room selected for me, it had an odd layout and an odor issue. The hotel was empty, I am sure they could have selected a better room with a view to las beautiful Setas, or something better but it was disappointing. One thing I liked was the decor, it was vintage and modern at the same time. Super cool.

The staff on the other hand was amazing, the breakfast attendant (a lady with a Colombian accent :) ) was the sweetest The breakfast selection was great and the price absolutely reasonable. All the front desk agents I interacted with were a delight, especially the ones who checked me in and out. I left a precious object behind and they made sure to contact me in a timely manner to go over and retrieve it, I loved that gesture. By the time I checked out, I felt they were my family.

The hotel is located in a great accessible area, I walked everywhere and because it is right in front of Las Setas, it is very easy to find, you won't get lost ever! The terrace was closed but I was given the key to go up and enjoy the view :) I recommend this hotel if you to Sevilla.

Small but comfortable room, lovely helpful staff and a good breakfast selection! Noise insulation between rooms could be better as we had noisy neighbours, but the room itself was quiet, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Very good location for exploring the city.

The location of the room is very good, next to the City Sun, which can be seen from the window. The hotel decoration is also like a palace. The room is clean and the reception girl is very enthusiastic. There are good restaurants next to the hotel and it is not far from a century-old breakfast shop. It is a good choice when the price is right.

From the moment the receptionist welcomes you to the moment you check out, staying here is an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better either. The hostesses are so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day.

Nice rooms with en suite. Beautiful shower. Could do with a handrail. Luck of toilet brush. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is excellent! Has a rooftop/sun terraz with bar which was not open at the time of our visit.

Excellent choice of hotel in the city of Sevilla. Air-con was brilliant and nice and cool. Reception was really helpful with information and assistance in booking train tickets. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It's a 3⭐️ hotel (not 4⭐️ as google maps states).

PRO's
The location was excellent, the bed very comfortable and the rooftop was a plus. Happy we booked this hotel.

CONS
The airfreshner in the hall/room is not pleasant (maybe a cultural thing?) And the walls are very thin so you can hear all your neighbours talking in the hallway in the middle of the night..

There are cafes and bars everywhere when you go out to the city parasol. However, it was Holy Week and it was impossible to find a place to eat. It became a problem! The elevator is small. The room is quiet and clean.
