I've stayed here a total of 2 weeks so far. It is basic, but serviceable. You get essentially a small apartment. It is set up so that you can share easily ith a friend. There is a stove top and fridge in the rooms, so you can do some light cooking, but if you are staying in Sevilla, why would you be cooking at home? The rooms are clean but not nicely appointed. You can easily get to some great places to eat. The staff is very nice.

We stayed at Résidence Pierre et Vacances Sevilla on NYE. The room was extremely spacious (we ended up in the wheelchair accessible room) and it had everything we needed to make dinner and relax. The courtyard was quite slippery (marble and rain do not mix well) but setting that aside we were quite satisfied. It's hardly luxury but we didn't pay for luxury ?.

The furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The rooms look better in the photos. The only staff member that was nice was Helena. There were a couple of nights where a group of rowdy young men woke us up singing and yelling at 4:30am. The location was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the sofa bed was quite worn and could benefit from replacement.
The reception staff were friendly, but at times somewhat abrupt. For example, we were not permitted to enter the garage until the parking fee was paid, despite the car being safely pulled over on the roadside, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, at checkout we were required to remove the car from the garage immediately, even though there were plenty of available spaces and ongoing parking availability.

We were staying in room 008 which is in the floor and had no natural lighting. I asked for a different room but I was told everything was booked and they’ll contact me if something comes up. Unfortunately, I did not hear from them so we spent four nights in uncomfortable conditions. No amneties

Great location. Room was spacious and clean and bed very comfortable. Just could do with a proper kettle.

This is a two star property, not a three stars for sure. While property was clean, there was an unpleasant smell. On a good side- they have a parking garage and area still in a walking distance

Very basic furnishings. A €200 security deposit is required upon check-in.
The deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs, the trash isn't emptied, or the kitchen isn't cleaned.
It's surprisingly noisy. You can hear the neighbors very early in the morning.

Slightly Disappointed
The reception was very welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great — very convenient and easy to access the Old Town, which we really appreciated.
However, the overall sleep quality was quite poor. There seemed to be an air conditioning unit or some kind of machinery on the roof that ran constantly during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it resulted in two sleepless nights for our family. If we had stayed another night, I would have definitely asked to change rooms.
It may be a small maintenance issue that just needs checking, as it doesn’t seem anyone has mentioned it before to reception. Hopefully, this can be looked into soon because otherwise, it’s a nice place with great staff and a very good location.

Went on Saturday evening after reading online that there are free flamenco performances. This is now no longer true! Performances are now weds,fri & sunday night at 9.30pm and cost €18.... NOT FREE!! We didn't stay. Had some tapas and drinks, reasonably priced, average quality, friendly service.

Good selection of tapas and plenty of outdoor seating. But come here for the Flamingo! I watched a show here on a Sunday night and it was amazing

Great selection of tapas, very tasty dishes. Decent wine and big plate of olives. Lovely location right on the river front. Huge inside too. No charge for bread though we did expect that (nice bread) and €1 service fee for table service (written clearly on the menu). We left happy after spending €15 for 3 tapas and 4 wines.
