The front desk staff were very considerate. I booked an extra room, and although the platform stated that it couldn't be cancelled, Ctrip still helped me cancel it for free. I was really anxious because I couldn't speak the language abroad, but the money was refunded in less than half an hour. I'm very grateful. Do yourself a favor and don’t look anywhere else and JUST BOOK THIS HOTEL! The service was incredible, we were only there for a night and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We were treated so well and the staff is so accommodating we couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to be back!!!!!

Let's start form the contra, It should not take almost 30min for doing the check-in (once you have already been attended). It should not take +10min for doing a checkout either. The rooms are clean, big and tidy, good space for working at the desk and is quiet.

This hotel is really old by the look of it but it is well maintained. Our room is spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you drive, the hotel offers parking for 13 euros and you can get in and out many times. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively basic, but I guess most European hotels are similar. What really stands out is the excellent location, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

We woke up at 6 a.m. to the sound of doors slamming and high heels (it lasted about an hour). Then the cleaner started cleaning the next room (it was quite noisy). There was a slight vibration every time a bus passed. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the room was nice.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were far too hot on arrival and took over an hour for room to cool down with fan. Took more than 15 minutes to check in (not great when carrying bags, have small children etc) even logged all my 3 year old passport info on their system? The location is quite average, it’s in a newly developed area, so you’ll need to walk around 1.5–2 km to reach the nearest tourist spots or restaurants. On the bright side, there’s a small café by the reception that offers food and drinks at affordable prices. Amenities are very basic (only soap provided), with no slippers, shower cap, or drinking water.

It's just a bit outside the centre but bus Ci3 was great (even if it's a 45 minute circular route). It's a 25 minute walk otherwise. Spacious room. Parking was underground and very easy. Staff really helpful.

Very nice hotel centrally located near the Plaza Pilar, Plaza España and the old town. Transportation is readily available to take you anywhere in the cith from the Plaza de España. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My oly negative is that the rooms might benefit from a refresh of the carpet and beds.

Everything about this property was great, except the wifi was horrible. Small inconvenience, but when you have to sit on the toilet to get a signal cause it’s the only place in the room, that can get quite bothersome.

This hotel is a touch of class at really affordable prices. Lovely large, warm clean room with an excellent bathroom. Super friendly and efficient reception. The hotel is fine to spend a night or so if you are on your way somewhere. There is parking available. Everyone was polite. The only thing that put was not so great I would say the bed it was not the most comfortable.

The hotel is fine, just the typical executive hotel. What I didn't like about the hotel is its poor soundproofing, you can hear noises from the next room, from the hallway and from outside. That's why I rated it low, what I liked the most and why we chose it is because there is parking and it's free.

Good Location and Flexible staff

I think this hotel is more of a hostel. My room was a “standard” room, which did not have a window or working AC. It was a noisy oven, so some nights the noise from adjacent rooms kept me awake for several hours in the middle of the night. I nearly died slipping in the shower because of its compact design. Definitely too expensive for what you get.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and will even lend you a coffee pot upon request. Parking is also ample, so those traveling by car can book with confidence.

I wasn't entirely satisfied, mainly because of the air conditioning. It's centrally controlled, and even when set to -60°C, it automatically reaches 23/24°C. I had to open the window to let in some fresh air, but the noise from the area is unbearable. If they replace the air conditioning, I would definitely return, but only if they fix this problem.

Clean and sanitary, with a good breakfast, though it can be a bit crowded, especially with children. The service was very professional. There's ample parking, both above and below ground. Located in an industrial park, the hotel is close to the airport, making it suitable for self-drives, short stays, and flights.

They must be fed up of hearing about it but both women on reception during our stay could not have been less interested in helping us, as I have reduced mobility it was not great. The 3-star hotel was hidden in treed area across the main road, Av de Navarra. Away from street noise. It was great looking out my window into treed courtyard.
