The best hostel experience I’ve ever had!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. A special shoutout to Marco, who went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable and showed me some amazing local spots.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with great events every evening—movie nights, board games, karaoke, and more. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center, so everything is just a short walk away. My room was peaceful, the roommates were lovely, and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Truly the best hostel I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely return! 💛✨

We stayed in a private room 505 with it's own shower the room was was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom.
The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and lovely coffee really set you up for the day.

This was the first time we have stayed in a hostel and I must admit we were very impressed.

the hostel kitchen has a poster "we celebrate individualism". I asked an LLM to comment from Slavoj Zizek's perspective:

"The poster “We celebrate individualism” in a hostel is an ideological joke. A hostel can exist only if people suspend real individualism: you wait, you share, you adjust, you tolerate others. If everyone insisted on living fully “as themselves,” the kitchen would become uninhabitable and the dorm unlivable. Communal life works only through continuous self-limitation.

This is why individualism is displaced away from behavior and into identity. You must act collectively, but you are invited to feel individual. The slogan resolves the contradiction: strict cooperation at the level of practice, freedom at the level of self-image.

The poster commands you to “be yourself, but only in the correct, socially acceptable way”. Have an interesting tattoo — but not a swastika, please. One of the best finds in my long travelling history. Our 4-person room was modern, had a HUGE shower and bathroom and the place had a multitude of social offerings. The location is unrivalled between Guggenheim and old town. I will stay here every time I go to Bilbao.

One of the best hostels I had stayed on. Staff was very friendly, rooms and common spaces where clean, and beds are confortable. It has a great location, very close to the Casco viejo and 10 min walk to the bus stop for the airport. Also has a lot of restaurants and shops arround.

The hostel is located in a historic building near the metro, train and bus stations, and has a modern and hip vibe. The whole hostel is clean, especially the room I stayed at and the bathroom. I liked the fact that they were not using single use toiletries and instead had dispensers for shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful, and I enjoyed one of their Thursday English practice events which was very well attended. As this is a hostel, other guests could get quite noisy, but that's largely beyond the hostel's control.

Absolute jewel of a hostel, everything is just perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated with an amazing staff and great common areas to meet people from all over the world! It doesn't get any better than this! Thank you all for an awesome stay and see you very soon I hope!

The staff are very nice and helpful and speak very good english.
The lobby are very beautiful, you can share some drinks with people there.
Internet is working well in all the hostel.
The breakfast buffet has everything you need.
The location is perfect, near to coffeehouse, bars, restaurants, metro station, buses, shopping and places to visit.
The hour for check in is from 15:30. But they can keep your luggage safe in a locked up room if you need this.

Hotel facilities and location are great, the shower in particular was really good.

I would recommend to couples, families, but not to groups of friends who are looking to listen to music between 10pm-12, or drink alcohol in their room as both are banned.

I received a fine of €150 without being notified the morning after a Friday evening playing music late on, the manager then had a change of mind and issued a refund. I appreciated this but the initial fine had already led to me being charged fees by my bank.

I was surprised the manager was able to do this without notifying a customer. It left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth.

A very clean, modern, and welcoming hostel in a great location in Bilbao. Social events each night in the lobby, great room amenities like en-suite bathrooms, curtains, plugs, USB outlets, and bed lights. Common spaces and rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were super helpful when we decided to stay another night. 6 minute walk to a large train station and literally across the street from another metro station and bus stop. HIGHLY recommend this hostel for travelers looking to spend time in Bilbao.
