The hotel suited our needs perfectly. Welcoming, friendly staff. Spacious bedroom and shower room. Really comfy bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great location for walking around the city and accessing public transport. The hotel restaurant is very well used by local people. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the 10% discount!

What’s the difference between a 2 star or a 3 star hotel? For us this was 3 star. Clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. The hotel is connected to a very popular restaurant . The breakfast was served in the restaurant and there were a mix of hotel guests and locals.
The location was in the pedestrian area.
We thought this stay was good and good value for money.

This is a simple and charming hotel in a great neighbourhood, close but not in the centre of the city, very walkable and safe. My room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The included breakfast was in the restaurant that is part of the hotel and it was great, with fresh squeezed orange juice, excellent coffee and I chose the Spanish tortilla every morning and it was one of the best tortillas I’ve had in Spain, in a very warm and friendly restaurant full of locals coming in for their breakfast. This is a great hotel if you’re not looking for a more expensive corporate style hotel and I highly recommend it.

A small B&B-style hotel with clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, friendly staff, and small but complete facilities. It's a very relaxing hotel. The only drawback is the poor sound insulation.

A great hotel that's perfect for a stay in santander. The rooms are well proportioned, and clean. The restaurant is a great size and quality of food is great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
