Sercotel Murrieta in Logrono

The staff is incredibly rude. We loved the location but will never stay here again. Train the staff on customer service.

Without doubt, this was my worst hotel stay in a very long time. In context, I’ve been to Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid and Zaragoza on this trip so far but this was the first hotel I felt compelled to comment on. It’s 34 degrees in Logrono and the air con pumps out hot air. The rooms are disgusting, rust on heaters, 1970s decor and ultimately like a prison. Do not waste your money!!!

The heating system was broken, hot air flowing, so the tiny room had more than 30 degrees ( in April, when the air is usually fresh, 10 degrees outside), it smelled of old smoke, supernoisy as if your door was open, you could hear people talk all night long. For tje price of 70 EUR this is outrageous and Belle tje standard of any Hotel. I wish the Hotel Directors can try and Sleep one Saturday night in room 608 to understas the Customer experience. and compare it to Pension Espolon Logroño, which is a 5 star Hotel experience for half the price of you compare. Refurbishment needed before you book this place. Don’t Sleep here! Only one Nice person in the staff cared and apologized, but the Management just Said that central heating works this way and that hotels are noisy. Hoping they Will renovate and lower the prices until ready. A conpensation or apology would also be great.They need help if they want any more customers.
