This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever got. The walls are so tiny that you hear every thing sound your neighbour makes, you can even hear him snoring. And this for an approximate price of 100 Euro is absolutely crazy. Never again!

Given its location near Bilbao's city center and train station, it's a good value option. During my stay, I didn't experience the soundproofing issues mentioned in other reviews. However, the outdated room facilities were a problem; there were no power outlets by the bed, no hairdryer, and the bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower, which raised concerns about hygiene.

parking is not included in the price, small parking lot 5 cars max but very close to tourist attractions, rooms with dirty walls, very poor breakfast

We stayed at this hotel for one night, without breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train and bus stations, close to the old town. Other sights are also within walking distance. We didn't use public transportation to explore the city, only taking the metro to the Vizcaya Bridge (which we used to cross the river). The metro, by the way, is also a 7-10-minute walk away.

The room is small. There's absolutely no soundproofing. When I read about it in the reviews, I couldn't even imagine it being so bad. You can hear every noise from your neighbors. It's okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
There's no kettle in the room, but you can ask at reception. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The WiFi is good.
Bilbao is a very interesting city, and I highly recommend visiting it.

The room had a very strong and unbearable smell of smoke (even if it is strictly forbidden).I
complained to the desk officer because I have a breathing problem. I asked him to change the room but he said it was impossible because the hotel was full booked. I asked him to call the director of the hotel but he said to me he couldn't do that because "he is sleeping". I asked to get a partial refound but he just gave me a shield to fill. Not recommended at all. I STILL WANT MY REFOUND!!! Breakfast very basic

The staff is friendly and the location is good but if what you want is to rest forget it we have not slept at all we had the room in front of the elevator and you could hear a lot, all the time going up and down, the walls are paper thin you could hear all the conversations in the other rooms the faucet, shower etc even how the mobile phone of the people in the room next door vibrated, even when they plugged something into a socket ... In the morning the cleaners who are normal were doing their job but you could hear everything as they moved things talking ... We also chose the hotel because of the parking and to our surprise our car did not fit the entrance is very low ... and we had to look for a private parking they should warn beforehand the maximum height bad the truth is we went to rest and came out worse

Very poor service from management who tried to charge us a high amount with no cost break down just to get rid of us when we had an issue. The stay itself was okay, staff were friendly and room was adequate for short stay, we mainly booked for the garage.

If you just want somewhere to stay for the night it's ok. Staff helpful. There is a car park opposite it has good parking with cameras cost of 21.00 euros hotel car part is about 16 euros.
