Super helpful and nice team. Room was small but cozy. The hotel is tucked in the back left corner of old town, right under the steps that go up to the castle. Glad we chose this location. Front Desk helped us find great restaurants

It’s the perfect location for exploring San Sebastián. The bed was really comfy. It was a no frills room which we were fine with but being on the ground floor it was dark and noisy in the night. We would stay again though and enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Pre booked parking was easy. The area was great for walking to pintxo bars, restaurants and the beach area.

The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property.

Rooms and common areas were clean, the location was right in the main area as well. Other listings mentioned noisiness, but we slept with the windows open and weren't bothered, however we live in an apartment and are used to city noise.

Excellent location, superb service, boutique hotel with great views of Cancha Bay, located in the old town, where most of the attractions, bars, and restaurants are located. The port and the aquarium are also nearby.

Great location in Old Town - close to all the good bars and restaurants, staff gave great recommendation, room was tidy - shower was big, extremely clean and staff amazing

BAD SERVICE AND FOOD IS AVERAGE! Do not go to this restaurant, service is terrible the waiters don't even smile or talk to you, food is nothing special at all and quite pricey for what it is! We left disappointed and didn't even finish most of our meals from the tasting menu, so many other good restaurants on same street don't waste your time on this one...

We were referred to this restaurant by the concierge at our hotel. We were very excited to try a dining experience in one of the best known culinary cities in the world. We ordered the tasting menu and the main dishes were tasty. I ordered the cheesecake for dessert and I've never left cheesecake on my plate till this evening. It tasted like warm Manchego cheese mixed with Philadelphia cream cheese. The texture was wet and chunky. The service was NON EXISTENT. Do not go here if you don't speak Spanish well, they don't even make an effort to help you. It's located on a nice street full of restaurant and little shops. This was definitely not the experience I was expecting.

Ace pinxos and a very nice local white wine. Typical bar in that is standing only but well worth it and exactly what the locals do. Just enjoy.

in general good food. but a bit salty if not paired with drinks. mushrooms were yummy and croissant was freshly baked. it’s a shame that waitress’ english didn’t match with the food quality. good range of wine selection. a little more expensive than other places

loved this pintxos bar! good service (so much less stressful than the others) and great food. the spider crab tartlets are delicious and the prawn, eel, and deviled egg thing is also amazing

This is a bombshell place! It is five stars with red ribbons! Eat the mushrooms! Eat anything! Find the guy in the pic, trust yourself in his hands, communicate with eyes and you are all set to go, to go back again and again and again....
