I have spent 40 years in the hotel industry. My room was 2 star top.
No remote for the TV, I could not get the wlan working, the washroom sink did not drain, and the room was too cold. The thermostat did not work.
It is like in a lot of places, the good thing is the friendliness of the employees. From the front desk to the restaurant, very friendly and helpful employees.

Perfect location. Nice bed and shower so for 1 night it was ok. However overpriced if you need a longer stay it may be better checking in on another place. Staff were nice specially the 2 ladies running a super busy breakfast hour.

One of my worst experience in Spain. First, I booked a large bed and got two small separate beds instead, but that’s OK. When they arrived impossible to open the door with the key, it was broken. Took us half day to fix that. But worst parts : I had work to do, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work. They said they will fix that but nothing was fixed. Air conditioning didn’t work at night it was warmer than the municipal albergues, workers on reception barely speak English and The walls are so thin, It is just like your neighbors are inside your room. Breakfast really bad : old dry croissants and the fruits seems to be so old they had alcohol taste. Trust me, book another hotel

If it wasn't for the excellent service and information from Juani on reception this would have been a one star review. The bed was heavily worn and sank to one side, there was no shower pressure, the bath handle was loose so unsafe to use, the sink tap was loose and had no plug.

This hotel was a great choice for my purpose of an overnight stay after a wet days walk on the Camino de Santiago.
The room was more spacious than I anticipated. The amenities such as the shower and bathroom or very nice.
The front desk service was very professional and right on target.
Burgos’ man attraction, the cathedral, is a five minute walk away. There are hundreds of restaurants and some bars within a few minutes walk. In the morning, take your pick of coffee, shops, and breakfast cafés.

Decent option on a budget
Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay.

The room provided is not acceptable. There was no window and no ac control not functioning too. Lesson learn, there was no apology. Stay out of this hotel you might end “baking” at 3 am.

This hotel is very well located. close to everything. Great restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and I felt that I received more than I was expecting.

There should be a solution for car parking. Maybe an agreement between the hotel and the parking authorities for their customers, if you want more tourists to visit Burgos. I paid18.50 EUR overnight. Regarding the hotel staff and facility were very good thanks to Estafany at the teveption she was very helpful have some insights and some direction. The hotel is lively lots of people in the cafe . I am glad that we visited Burgos and for sure will consider Hotel Centro Los Braseros in the future. Thanks Estafany.

Everything is fresh and homemade including the pasta and the icecream which seems to be unusual in Italian restaurants these days. The strawberry icecream clearly has really strawberries in it. One star list for service. I think it was the first night for our server and she was doing well. There was an older man who was "helping" but he kept making mistakes.
