The standard room was really big and well furnished. Everything was okay, with the exception of wi-fi that was not working properly, switching off for long periods.  Also need to notice that the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear scandals in the room next door.

A good hotel in Girona. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town attractions, but still walkable—around 20 minutes—and on a nice day, it’s actually a pleasant walk. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

EV CHARGER ON SITE! 0.4 EUR/kw. We used that as a one night stop and work during the day. It is okay for that. A little outdated but the staff is lovely and thats is compensating it! The Internet/wifi is unstable. Need to as the receptionist to restet it to work in the room.

A good 1 night stay; the rooms were clean and spacious but in need of modernising. The staff were helpful and the car park felt very secure to leave the car overnight. Expect a walk of around 20-30 minutes to reach the old town.

Clean and beautiful hotel, a little far from downtown.

Arrived in the early hours and the kind receptionist gave us a large bottle of water. Breakfast was great. Lovely melon, bread, meat, cheese. The only negative was the bar wouldn't let us take glasses into our room for our wine. They offered to sell us paper cups. We thought this was poor.

Ideal for a single night while driving through Spain to France. Adequate room, nice evening buffet and they accept dogs too.

20 min walk to town or 5 min bus 3 or 4 times an hour. On site parking. Quiet location, but convenient for main roads in and away. Cheap and cheerful.

Stayed for one night, coming from Barcelona. It's a convenient ten-minute walk from the train station, and there's a large Mercadona supermarket right downstairs. Upon check-in, they gave me some complimentary cookies which were absolutely delicious!

Nice hotel in a small city. Very convenient as it’s just a stone throw away from the supermarket. 15 mins walk away to the old town where you can visit all the scene of Game of Thrones. Hotel reception is very friendly and welcoming. There’s also welcome cookies for hotel guests

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The front desk staff were very kind and polite. However, when ordering room service, the menu in the room was outdated and the staff member who handled the order did not speak English.

This hotel and room were very comfortable. We had extra pillows! The bedding was comfortable. The shower was larger than most. It was very quiet and there was ample lighting. The staff when we checked in were very friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a large variety.

They had a room to store our bikes. Plus locks to keep them safe. Very bike friendly.

I didn't expect there to be a parking fee. It was a bit noisy because of the teenagers hanging out outside the windows in the square until late.

I had a pleasant stay at Bellavista Girona by URH. The hotel is nicely located on a hill, offering a calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Room is clean but a bit far which ia about 20 minutes walk from Girona old town

The room's soundproofing was slightly poor, but fortunately, the guests were all quite polite and didn't make too much noise at night, so it wasn't a big issue. It's not far from the city center, so after exploring the city, I recommend taking a taxi back – it saves you walking and the price is very reasonable.

The hotel offers stunning city views, and watching the sunset with family was a delightful experience. The breakfast was excellent value for money, plentiful and delicious. Parking was convenient. Location was excellent a few steps from the main square and the park. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well laid out with lots of options. There was some building work constructing a new entrance for the hotel but we didn't hear any noise from this. A great and comfortable stay.

OK but don’t pay for “Gran” Ultonia There are two hotels here - the 4 star ‘Gran’ Ultonia and the regular 3 star Ultonia. I paid for a Gran Ultonia room but realised after the first night I’d been placed in a regular Ultonia room. Not the end of the world but no real point in paying for the nicer hotel and room since it seems you can end up in a more basic room anyway.

Major renovation on the entrance and ground floor meant the cafe which was listed as a feature was under construction. There was no mention of the renovation at the time of booking. The roof terrace is a great feature but there was a private party on the evening we were there which occupied 80% of the space where all the best seating and views are. Felt cheated so will not return to this hotel

Had a lovely 5 day stay at this beautiful hotel which provides very easy access to the centre of Girona (short bus ride or walk). Staff unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed my dinners there in the comfortable dining room, and the ‘honesty bar’ in the lounge where you could get drinks and snacks at any time. Highly recommended.

Can't believe this is a 3* hotel, we ceratainly had 5* service and all facilities, rooms, pool, lobby were great too and comfortable beds/pillows. The location is a 10 minute walk into the centre, if you don't want to drive, public transport is great (although check for weekends) to get to beaches around 1 hour away. We stayed 1 noght at Hotel Ultonia in Girona, Spain. Very mice locations jist a 12 minute walk to the traim station and 7 minute walk to the old town with all konds of shops, restaurants and sites. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Room was a little dated amd the beds were a bit stiff but overall its a nice hotel. I would stay again.

Just outside looks like a 4 stars hotel! Rooms are dated, city view room (306) is just across an old, dirty building. Because of the restaurant from main floor, many times in the elevator smells bad. The Hotel was really good, I'm happy, unfortunatelly, the Sink and the Bidet were accoumulating the water, and it was unpleasant, little things that can bring down a beautiful stay.

It's a delightfully quirky place, half boutique hotel and half museum tribute to Dali, right in the centre of Girona's old town. The particular suite that I had was a bizarre love nest entitled "live revolution" (see thr chair photo). Although colleagues tell me that other rooms were more sedate, mine did take a bit of getting used to...! The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

Lovely ancient boutique hôtel by Girona's cathedral and wonder stone streets of the city. Close to all landmarks, if you are happy enough with discovering on foot. Simple but great service offered by the owner. I personally recommend for couples.

I loved staying here. This place was built on top of Roman ruins and each room was well planned out. What a fun venue!

We stayed here for one night and would be happy to go back. Mas Tulsa Rural is a restored farmhouse with some more modern additions. Host Daniel took us on a tour of the rooms and of the restored chapel and all were just lovely. The rooms are charming, spotless and the chapel has been carefully restored. Daniel was a wonderful host and chef. The personal attention was a treat, as were the meals. The core of the place is Medieval (maybe 12th-14th century) yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. We loved our stay!

We stayed for 2 nights at this perfect romantic place! The vibe is really relaxed and the surroundings are beautiful. We had a wonderful 3 days staying here. The rooms are lovely and a bonus to have a fridge in the apartments. Nice and quiet in the countryside which is lovely. Daniel is an amazing host.. so friendly and helpful and cooks a great breakfast each morning! Would definitely return if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Mas Tulsa. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed the company of the animals. Such a charming place! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Girona. You won’t be disappointed! We will be back to visit the puppies.

The hotel is very central and almost everything in the old town is in walking distance. The rooms are. functional, clean and over all the basics you need. Breakfast is ok as well, but nothing very special either. One or two nights here are absolutely ok.

No blankets on the bed! Only sheets. There was only a sheet on our bed and no blankets in the room when we checked in. Checked in very late because of a delayed flight and I had to put my coat over me I got so chilled! Who doesn’t put a blanket or duvet on a hotel bed? We had to ask for them! Clean quiet yet central hotel. Has kettle and iron in the room and you can use luggage lockers after check out. The door code won’t work to let you back in and note Reception opens 2 pm to 12 midnight but has a number to call. Excellent value for money breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe. If you need a taxi out of the city ask for them to book it in advance for you and not when you are leaving to avoid...

Very well-located hotel. The receptionists are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. They made breakfast recommendations and provided us with a tourist map. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is very well maintained and everything is impeccable with nice furniture and small touches such as quality toiletries, coffee and water in the room, etc. that make your stay very pleasant.
