They enter the rooms without your permission. They also lurk behind the doors every so often. I know this because I went out and tripped over it. The toilets and showers are terrible, slippery, and in separate sections (the sink is right in front of the exit door, the toilet is next to the shower, and you have to step up—it couldn't be more inconvenient).
They greet you with a sour face and look down their noses. A disaster. We couldn't relax at all. They also refuse to take responsibility for your belongings; a charger went missing, and since there's no cleaning service (the reception staff are the ones who clean), they don't take responsibility for things disappearing because of them.
Besides, I went out for a moment to run some errands, and when I came back, the room door was open with all my things inside, meaning they entered even though they weren't allowed to and we weren't there. Be very careful with this establishment. They can also cancel your reservation without explanation and not refund your money. NOT RECOMMENDED

Hotel cancelled one hour before our arrival, when we were driving hence did not check the emails. He booked our room for someone else in the meantime leaving us without a place to sleep at 9pm.
