The only good thing about this hotel is the location .The shower was broken in room 31. The lady serving breakfast treated our group rudely and not as paying guests.During breakfast we were ordered to sit at certain tables and could not even move a chair. Breakfast was poor since the toaster and coffee machine tripped the electricity. The breakfast is poor and not value for money

Wonderful mix of comfort and value for a couple's end to their Camino. Room was spacious for Spain and very clean. Had everything we needed and a powerful shower. Friendly reception allowed early check-in as the room was ready and had no problem with left-luggage the following day to explore the city. Location isn't the best - at the bottom of a fairly steep hill up to the Cathedral, but for the price it is perfect and if you've walked the Camino you can handle the hill a few times at the end! Also a nice breakfast spot on the corner nearby and a fantastic modern laundromat around the block. I'll definitely try this place again after my next Way.

I was there for two nights in July 2020. They gave us a double room on the park side, first floor, right on the buzzing street, small window, no air conditioning, hot summer weather, horrible experience. Impossible to rest. The receptionist and breakfast people were very kind and attentive, but that could not help.
