I was there for a wedding and everything was perfect: lovely and generous food, excellent service and a beautiful setting and venue. Staff was very pleasant, efficient and dedicated. Greatly recommended!

What a great Rural hotel, everything is perfect, starting from the amazing restored building, the breakfast and the service. The best and affordable hotel to stay in your trip to Galicia.

The ambiance of the old house, the stain glass and tiling. The breakfast was very good, fresh croissants, squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit.

I chose this for its good price and proximity to the central bus station, but was very pleased with the good quality. It's an older building, but everything was clean, functional, and all the necessities were supplied. My only complaint is that the beds in my room were a bit short. I think they were 6' exactly, and I'm 6' tall, so feet hung off a bit. Great place for a good price.

A good welcome, this place is close to the bus station which made it great for coming from the airport on our first day and for getting to Ferrol the day after. Reasonable price, quiet and clean. Would have stayed on the way back but they were fully booked.

Restfull stay Good economic stay. Well placed for travelling with the train. Nice and friendly owners. Room size ok. Too bad there was no breakfast at the place, but there was a very close cafe that had good breakfast.

The reception staff could speak simple English that helped a lot for the quick checkin upon our arrival at night. Room with basic amentities, valued for money as for a night stay before travelling to Ferrol the next day (bus station in 3 min walk)

Great location, functional and comfortable but run down rooms. Parking advertised as 14€ a day but ended up being 38€ so watch out!

We had an 8th floor room. It was nice. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The bedroom just needs a bit of TLC and modernising. Cream or white paint would be the icing on the cake. It is such a good location.

Good "vintage" hotel for a night or two Location is perfect. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and good for a night or two. Price was also great for what you get. Note that you can get a basic breakfast (croissant, donut, coffee) downstairs for a good price. Staff was very friendly, even though their English wasn't great (not a problem).

Super clean, centric and great value

I've wanted to stay for sometime. A very accommodating hostal with clean rooms and a lovely set of staff. Sure the rooms are noisy but what do you expect when staying in a city and a great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The owner is very forthcoming and friendly. Waking up and going downstairs for a coffee or breakfast is very efficient. Overnight stay and breakfast is affordable on a low budget.

Friendly and accommodating toward my need for flexibility during my stay. Booked 2w stayed 4w. Single room while small is perfect and probably the best value for money since I was only there to shower and sleep. Wifi was very reliable. Good value for the money, clean and very nice staff. When I got sick they fixed it so I could stay in my room one more night just hours before checkout. You have a key so you won’t see them exempt check in. Would stay again

Hotel mar del plata is a Nice place for 1 a2 day’s but the manager was helpful and friendly help by parking for your car. Nice people!!! So i give 5 stars! The room are cleaning

Lovely hotel. Quiet. 24 hour reception, rooms are basic but done up very well, and have almost everything you need except air con and maybe a kettle. Staff are very nice! Location good.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds and rooms in a nice location for the beach and easy walk into the town for a huge choice of restaurants. The breakfast was great at €7 each and secure car parking for €7 a day , the staff are really friendly with a great customer service. I can't believe this hotel is rated 2 stars only. The decoration is modern, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the location is wonderful (close to the beach, plenty of sport opportunity and surrounding by great restaurants). They won't let you check in before 4pm. That's preposterous considering check out is at 12pm. Besides that, rooms are renovated and decent, the area is safe and not too far from the center but the bathroom lacked a bidet.

Arrived early and the lovely receptionist let us put our bags in the hotel, whilst we enjoyed the sun! On return at 2pm, our room was ready. The room was fine. It was clean, lovely thick curtains, quiet. The only issue was that the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. For a couple, this was less than ideal as cuddling up did mean a fall down the hole in the centre 😅 Breakfast was very basic....

Affordable place to stay overnight. Not romantic, but okay to just stay overnight. Anyway there is so much to do in A Coruna that it does not matter if the hotel is not a palace as long as the room is clean, bed good and breakfast good, as it is here.

Ok you may miss some things like TV in English or coffee in room facilities but it's just perfect. For the price (30e individual bed) not bad (better than an hostel). They provided a place for my motorcycle so that was nice. The room was a bit loud in the morning (next to the street). U need to pay 3€ for the breakfast but it's only a croissant with butter and jelly with coffee or juice. The more expensive rooms have a nice view to the bay, has to be nice

We received such a friendly welcome from Amanda, who made us feel at home. Our room was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, spotless shower room with nice products and despite being on a main road was quiet at night with a great sea view. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Easy walk to the beaches and promenade and into the old town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone at Hotel Mar del Plata were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent assortment of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, eggs, ham & cheese and other condiments. And my cafe con leche was always replenished! Great Location near the city centre. We had the economy room with large space and functional equipment. Opposite to the hotel is a private parking garage with affordable costs. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee freshly prepared. Nice and very committed staff!

Good location near at playa riazor less then 5 minutes walk. The room is clean, there is a cleaning service everyday and they change the towels everyday.

Good overall. You get what you pay for. Its near the stadium, beach, cafes and shops. All within walking distance. Centre of town is about 30 minutes walk away or so. Clean with comfy bed. Private bathroom. Personally, I will choose again for a tight budget quick getaway!

The vending machine not even had water. We arrived late from a concert and there was nothing to drink except Coca Cola and beer. The tv remote control did not work. Couldn’t watch tv.

The Hotel is clean and has a Perfect Location near the Beach and the City Center is acessable by foot. Some Parts of the Interieur is a Bit older but still functional. The only downside was that the breakfast was really underwelming.

Hotel has everything you need for short staying. It is located near the main beach, easy to go to both sides of the City. The best bonus - you can be lucky and get the room with the ocean view through the window. Very nice, helpful staff😀

Good place for a stay in Coruna Check in was not so easy as no information was provided on where to go and whom to call. Booking was made same day as arrival and I had to use video call to a digital reception to do the payment and get keys. The whole process took one hour, which is way too long. The room was fine. The toilet flush is very low, which means you have to flush it several times. The staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel, the pool and hot tub were both really nice. The disability room was great, I was able to move my wheelchair all around, the bathroom was well adapted and I can fit out onto the balcony. I’d recommend for any wheelchair users in the area. The staff were kind too.
