This is a budget hotel catering mainly for the Spanish Market. However all nationalities are made very welcome. The staff without exception are friendly and helpful. Although rated as 2 star it is worth much more. Meals are buffet style with breakfast more towards continental taste. Reception and the public areas are light and airy. Housekeeping is exceptional throughout the hotel. WiFi is good and free. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms well proportioned. There is a hairdryer and room safe. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room but plenty of power outlets if you have a kettle. The rooms are serviced daily. The road is noisy due to the location but balcony rooms provide a good view and the double glazing is quite effective. The entrance stairs are rather steep but there is a stair lift but I would not recommend the hotel for a wheelchair user. All in all a great place to stay in Benidorm old town.

Extremely strong bleach smell, visible mold, and a shower that doesn’t drain.

What made the experience worse was the attitude at reception.
When I mentioned the smell, the receptionist explained that they use large amounts of cleaning chemicals to cover the smell left by drunk guests who sweat and vomit in the rooms.
He also said that all rooms are the same.
When I mentioned leaving a review, his response was that he doesn’t care because there are many good reviews and no one will pay attention to mine.

Might be slightly better than sleeping on the street—but not sure you’ll wake up healthy.
Not recommended.

Booked a room for 3 nights with my friend. The staff was very friendly. It was my birthday. We left the hotel in the morning, and when we came back, there were some sweets waiting for me on the bed with wishes from the hotel; that was very cute.

Great position right in the heart of the old town. Rooms are bright and clean, and reception staff are friendly and very helpful. This hotel would be better if it didn't deal with food. We were half board but I only went to breakfast once out of 10 nights. Went to dinner a couple of times but was so disappointed each time. Nothing looked fresh and a whole heap of stuff looked like it had stood for hours. One night I tried pea soup but the skin on the top was so thick you could of made a handbag from it!

If you like Benidorm old Town and the evening wine and tapas after a day walking to Poniente. If you like a stroll round the shops this is the hotel for you. It's position is perfect. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff are lovely and the price is amazing

Location is perfect and from the moment I checked in the whole team were friendly and very professional Room was quiet with excellent air conditioning and absolutely spotless Cleaned and serviced every day. Lovely central hotel in old town.... Near to Tapas Alley and little bars, the Marina,...... clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast, very attentive staff. Cant fault anything and will definitely stay again. Very impressed... ......

We did not stay in this Hotel so cannot comment on the Accomodation, etc. They advertise an all-you-can-eat Buffet for €12.95 including a glass of Wine & Bottled Water, which we thought was excellent value, so we decided to eat here one evening. The Restaurant was more like a greasy spoon cafe with extremely bright harsh lighting, and the food was absolutely disgusting - not much to choose from and the food itself was of a very poor quality and almost cold, even though we arrived there as the Buffet was opening. The Wine & Water were fine though!
