Fantastic! I don't know what else to say. All the staff were great and the atmosphere is lovely. The hotel is ultra clean and modern with a great pool and outside areas and lots of great food.
We we're on the first floor with a big balcony with sun loungers and views out to sea.
Definitely a great place to stay.
It's so close to the beach it was perfectly placed for a beach swim in the morning with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Walk up to the main town and port and there's even more to enjoy. Great place. Great holiday!

Four star hotel, but a kettle in your room is extra?
And parking at €15 per night?
In our room the sliding doors to the patio kept jamming.
The hotel is nice, but the area it's in could do with a makeover: cracked and crumbling pavements, lack of dropped kerbs for wheelchair users.
If you are healthy, this is recommended.
Wheelchair users beware.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The food is of a varied choice but tasty and very well prepared with extreme attention to detail. The hotel has ample parking with disabled parking also available. The location is close to the local beaches which are clean with very soft sand. The local restaurants are very good plus the is an excellent ice-cream restaurant opposite the hotel with and excellent variety of freshly made produce at your disposal. Murcia is about an hour's drive. The hotel is also dog friendly. It was my first time here and can honestly recommend that you try it.

On arrival the reception staff are friendly and efficient, we didn't wait long to be booked in.
We asked for a room as high as possible, we were given a lovely room on the top floor. Great views, easily operated air conditioning controls, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, good size balcony.
The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. Lots to do for young families.
We would definitely recommend this hotel. We are in our 60's and 70's we still felt very welcome and relaxed.

It was the best weekend!!

First the room is big and clean. It has a sofa and balcony with a view of the sea and swimming pool. It also has a small fridge.

The staff is great, nothing is too hard. Very helpful.

We had dinner the first night, and it was great. You get two hours for a buffet dinner. There are lots of options. I am vegan and had no trouble eating.

Breakfast is one of the best I have had in my life. My bf is not usually interested in the breakfast part of our holidays, but even he said it was outstanding. They had everything even English style, cooked breakfast.

The pool was so nice you could have a lie down next to it. It is also 2 mins from the beach ⛱️.

At night there was also entertainment with a singer and drinks.

I am planning my next trip.

Excellent in cleanliness, equipment, quality and handling. I must say it was a fantastic holiday. The treatment from the staff is second to none. Highlight the affection of Customer Service Director Manuel. But we don't overlook the restaurant service, the front desk staff and the entire team who go above and beyond to ensure the facilities and stay are impeccable. Undoubtedly, director Eduardo, in his great work, did everything possible to surround himself with the best. One hundred percent recommended and looking forward to returning.
