Apartamentos Turisticos Terralta in Benidorm

Absolutley fantastic ❤️everything about it very clean staff are great laura and the girl who looks like her sister lol are my favourite the barman little man dark hair hes lovley to stay here each time we visit its lovley good entertaintment too took are grandson who was 5 he absolutley loved it ,its in a great residential area yes its up a steep hill but we have mobility scooters we go litrally the legnth and breath of benidorm on them everything about this place is fantastic i recieved a bottle of rose for my birthday off the staff wich i thought was lovley of them il be there in april and of course for my birthday in sep if you like the madness and night life its not for you its really chiled and relaxed thats why we come back 😀

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Our room was huge with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The apartments are up a steepish hill but you get the benefits of peace and quiet plus it’s a short taxi ride from the old or new town. They offer a lovely looking buffet breakfast for €8/pp and buffet dinner for €16/pp. Well worth the money for the choice of delicious food. Beer, wine & soft drinks included too with dinner, we dined there twice. Would we return? Yes…in a heart beat

Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.

Quiet location, a 15min walk to old town and beach, down hill definitely need a taxi back for 5 to 7 euros. Large apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower plenty of hot water. Mini shop on site ideal for basics. Lovely pool area. Bar staff and cleaning ladies are friendly. Entertainment comfortable. Restaurant good. Great place for a relaxing break.

Second time staying here and will hopefully be back next year. Very peaceful pool area, evening buffet and breakfast were lovely. We know it's at the top of a hill so we walk down and get a taxi back. Had a strange experience one day at the pool when I was on my own and a man with long hair and a beard stood behind me reciting the bible according to John, it made me very uneasy! Possibly should have reported it to reception.

First visit to these apartments and not disappointed. We are always value for money holidaymakers and Terralta definitely delivers on that. I have paid much more for much less. Clean, spacious enough apartments, large balcony, all areas were very clean and tidy, there seemed like an army of cleaning ladies in the morning, and the pool was always checked and cleaned at night by a wee robot! Staff all very friendly, had no issues at all on that front. We were self catering, so didn’t use the facilities a great deal but the bar prices were reasonable when we did and the food decent too. If there is one negative I would highlight, it would be the climb from town up the hill back to the apartments, maybe a wee hotel shuttle at set times in the day would be a good idea, would happily pay for it, there are buses and stops nearby but a shuttle just takes the hassle of timetables etc out of the equation. Overall, on my travelling experience, and we are generally always 3 star, Terralta is a place I would recommend. Weather was terrific, and the festival was on which was a bonus.

We love the Terralta - good job as it’s about our 25th visit over about 15 years! Rooms are large and fairly comfortable - only issue this time is we had a few small spiders/ants which attacked even the smallest food crumb. Staff are always great, hotel is fairly quiet up the hill with a superb, if chilly pool
