Scam!
Arrived, and paid the higher price for the room with air con, then after I'd already paid for the room he said I had to pay extra to get the air con remote! I left and advise everyone to avoid this place.
If you have to go here, make sure you get the remote in advance!

Booked a room here. When we reached the guest house, yes guest house there was no water in the rooms so he did not stay. It's more like a home stay as the owner stays on the property, and the beach infront is not accessible. This property is not a resort.

The place is quite good and clean, have attached bathrooms and the bathrooms are also good and new. Will surely recommend for an overnight stay.

Good hotel, new clean rooms and bathrooms with hot water. Five minutes 🚶 walk to Polhena beach safe place to take sea bath. And also few minutes walk to Madihe beach which is famous among surfing 🏄 lovers..
Caretaker Mr.Siriwardana is very helpful and kind person. Owner Mr. Mumthaj also helpful.
