We ordered a double room non a/c but the hotel didn’t have our reservation, so we got upgraded to a family room with an a/c-machine, and the guy at the hotel didn’t mention the upgrade. So we thought we could use the a/c since we got upgraded, all though we didn’t have the remote to the a/c we could still turn it on, on the power switch. The manager wanted 18$ from us and 22$ extra if we used it again. On the 2nd day we moved room to the double room we have ordered. On top of this we got the family room the first day at 15:45 but should have gotten it at around 12. So a bit inconvenient for us.
Extra info: the guy in the reception walked around shirtless and with something that looked like a carpet around his waist. The power went out twice on our stay of two days. The bathroom lacked towels and soap, and the bed didn’t even have a duvet.
