We stayed at the hotel from November 16th to November 21st. It's in a great location right on the oceanfront, with plenty of swimming. The staff is friendly. On the downside, we didn't like that the room photos on the website didn't match the actual room. On the first day of our stay, since check-in was after 12:00 PM, we had to pay for breakfast, which was also disappointing.

The hotel located by the beach the room is ok, clean but our bathroom needs some maintenance since the toilet bowl is cracking. Staff is really friendly and helpful. We enjoy the sea view a lot.

This is one of the oldest hotels in Polhena , Matara. Though separated by the road it has access to Polhena beach. The hotel consists of rooms and two pools. A baby pool is available . A spacious location. Even if you are not a hotel resident, you can use the pool at a charge. Generally charge is LKR 600. A popular destination in Matara. Cleanliness might be an aspect working against the location....

Great place, delicious meals and even the hospitality was great. The rooms and the other facilities including the swimming pool were well maintained. They didn't have a specific menu but were willing to cook any meal we wanted and I'm not just talking about the Sri Lankan cuisine.

The place is right on the seaside, the beach is right outside the door, and the swimming pool is big enough. I like it. The service is very good, but the facilities are very old, which is about the same level as domestic guesthouses, or even worse.
