We had a very pleasant stay at Comfort@15. Praneetha, Mr Wilson and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times - they attended to all of our requests. Room service was completed when requested. We recommend this hotel!

The hygiene was terrible. There were ants all over the bathroom floor and bed. Some even crawled into my suitcase and followed me back to China. I really don’t recommend going there. Not a problem in tropical countries, this was not the case at the other two hotels in Sri Lanka. There is also mold in the hot water bottle. Please clean it up if you have time!

In a quiet area with not much going on over the weekend, it is however easy to get Uber. Quiet a bit of road nice, even at night. The room was nice but the sheets and towels were not clean! The bathroom and floors could also do with a deep clean. Staff were friendly, but very hands off.

I felt safe, spacious & comfy here. My bedroom was a large space with high ceiling that stayed cool. Wonderful launching pad to experience a day in life of Colombo from. I am glad I stayed here because it has enriched my experience and met my simple needs.

Great location in Colombo, if you are looking for somewhere quiet nice and clean in the city center, this is the place. The place is next to ocean and rail way, a bit noisy in the morning and evening. The rooms are spacious and decently decorated, shower is powerful. Nice people, Mervyn and Nihal, Vincent and Pradeep very helpful and they all have great serving mind. They even helped me with some paperworks. I would like to stay with them again if I go to Colombo.

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻

The rooms are clean and spacious. The key is that you can see the sea train and railway tracks from the small balcony, which is a good experience.

We fled to this hotel from Roy Villa, which is located in the outskirts of Beruwela. Hotel for a budget holiday. EVERYTHING you needed was provided except hot water. The room is on the first (ground) floor. View from the window to the wall. There are no more complaints about the hotel. Convenient location. There are no swimming beaches nearby. The service staff is quite attentive and polite.

We booked two rooms and not at all worth for the price and it seems they got another switch for the A/C that, staff can switch off without our knowledge or probably something wrong with it. We try to tell the receptionist but, He was pretending like sleeping and never replied. Morning He switched the A/C on. They charge higher then the market and try to save money from the excuses. I am not gonna recommend this hotel for anyone.

My worst experience in weeks of Sri Lanka holiday! When I arrived, they first had to clean a room even though I booked in advance - they had no idea how to even access my booking. Then the room was VERY dirty (see picture of urinated toilet seat). I aked them to clean it, they did nothing. I told them again, they cleaned the toilet.
I had no blanket at all and couldn't get one, because other then promised by the booking confirmation (reception open till midnight), no one was at the reception at 11pm. I tried to sleep, but mosquitos bit me everywhere. Can't recommend at all!
