I stayed in a standard room. The card machine was not working and I had to withdraw money from an ATM and give it to them. The AC was not working in the first room that I was given. Then they gave me another room, but there was this bad smell coming from the carpets. May be the room was not used for a while. TV is not working. No hot water in the shower. I stayed there for two nights. I didn't take any meals from them. I think the price is little bit high compared with the facilities.

Cleanliness is a big problem. The carpet in our room clearly had not been vacuumed for a long time, as there were clumps of hair everywhere. The air conditioning unit and whole room smelled stale and of smoke. There were floor to ceiling windows but we couldn’t have enjoyed the view because all the blinds were broken and stuck covering the windows. They were also mouldy at the bottom. We expected better, even for the cheaper price.

It's a budget hotel. The location is good. It's close to cafe's & grocery stores but the cleanliness is bad.
The toilet bin had poop stains on it. The room smelled like smoke. When I complained, they said:"Don't worry about it. Nobody smokes here". I investigated on my own. The smell was coming from the AC. When I checked the air filters, they were very dirty. So, I washed them myself.
No breakfast buffet, only a basic breakfast which I didn't try.
If you can spend more, go for a better hotel.

It was good in the way they accomodated me though I reached before the check in time. Moreover, their staff is nice and facilitating.
The problem faced was that their AC maintainance is not good and I had to change three rooms due to AC not working in the first two rooms.
One more thing, they do not provide washroom slippers though they should. Most of the hotels do provide disposable ones but not this hotel.

Me and my family stayed there on 10.06.2025 for one night.I was interested in this hotel for several important reasons. So, I though add my review here. Its location in the heart of Colombo city offers very easy access to all the iconic places, shopping malls, and restaurants. The beautiful view of the Colombo Lotus Tower can be directly witnessed from the room. The rooms were very neat, clean, and cozy, all at very fair prices. The hospitality was excellent, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing comfort.

I stayed there for a night and extended the stay for one more night.
There's a kettle, water, glasses and cups, coffee and tea, a fridge, bottles of shampoo/conditioner and lotion. You can have breakfast on the sixth floor, and there's a great café called Grind nearby. Two supermarkets - Spar and another one - within 5-10 minutes on foot.
The towels had tone cream spots on them, and they don't seem to clean every day (on the second day, i called to ask for some water and toiletries, but only got water). Besides, i heard the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the hall at 9:30 pm - i requested a quiet room and was trying to fall asleep, so that was disappointing.

Worst experience, please avoid this place if you want a pleasant stay. We asked in the reception to pay at checkout since we had no cash in that moment, they said no prob, but the last day we asked for doing the payment and the reception guy said it was everything ok already, so we thought they finally charged us from our card. The surprise came when after an hour or so we started receiving threatening messages in the phone from the hotel staff. Apart from this, the windows in the room were broken, the towels were dirty and there were many ants. Forget about coming back to the hotel at the end of the day to a tidy room, they don’t clean or make the bed. The hotel is in a dark dead end and the reception and rooms are in different buildings, so you have to go to the street to go from one to another.

Perfect stay for solo travellers . Location is excellent . Breakfast is good. All places are nearby . Infinity pool on terrace is marvellous . Cricket stadium view from room is like cherry on the cake .
