This is my seventh stay in Sri Lanka. I've been all over Sri Lanka. This is my fourth time staying with Hilda. For me, it's the most beautiful place in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The grounds are gorgeous; Hilda loves flowers 🌺, orchids everywhere. I can truly relax here. It's wonderfully peaceful, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away. Hilda also serves delicious food. The best breakfast in Sri Lanka.

Awful woman who owns it. Double booking, instead she sent us to a cave room. No internet, bed bugs, no fan, just awful resort.

Hildas guest house is a wonderful place. My cousin and I stayed there for 3 nights in september 2019. Hilda and her stuff are very nice but they leave you allone unless you want to talk. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The garden is like a little oasis of relaxation. Hilda is a nice and chill person. We would stay there again anytime. :)

We sincerely thank the hostess Hilda and her wonderful staff for their hospitality. Indeed, this is a piece of Europe on the island, everything is thought out to the smallest detail in the service and operation of the hotel, so all that remains is to relax and unwind. you care. Everything is very clean and tidy, there are a lot of interesting little things on the territory. We got great pleasure in 10 days and honestly did not want to leave ... We will also miss the beautiful dogs (Foxy and Fixi) who guarded and entertained us)))

Nice little hotel. Very well maintained area with a clean pool. Rooms in the main building are small and clean. We lived in a room with a fan, it was quite enough.
In my opinion, a very good location, located 5 minutes from the beach, you can not hear the noise from the main road and the railway. Not far away there is a supermarket, many local shops with souvenirs, bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs.
There is a restaurant on the territory, they cook delicious food at reasonable prices. The portions are huge, one is enough for two for sure.
Also, massage is not expensive, for a full body massage 2500 rupees.

Horrible hosts, rude, unhospitable, unfriendly and mainly, racists. They will also ask u to pay by cash because they want to avoid tax. Please avoid this place.

After reading some of the reviews of this place I was very excited about trying the Sushi here, however, it was a big let down. The menu is very limited and although the fish was fresh and appetizing the Sushi was boring and not very tasty. In addition it was extremely expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Sad to say I get better Sushi from the cheep takeaway where I live. Other than that the place was quiet and clean and the staff was polite and nice, but if you want good Sushi this is not the place.
