Although this hotel is a bit old, the environment is first-class and very comfortable!

The place is in a great position and you can swim with turtles every evening off the beach. Pool and grounds are good. The rooms are fine as well. The hotel is a bit tired/ run down on outside and buffet food is a bit average. Hikkaduwa and this hotel has large amount of Russian tourists.

On the way from Mangrove to Hikkaduwa, we encountered another downpour [facepalm]... Oh well, no chance to see the sea turtles again [sweat]. We just headed straight to the hotel and hunkered down. I'm not sure if it was because we were close to the sea or due to the heavy rain, but the hotel room was incredibly damp. Even with a dehumidifier running, it didn't make much of a difference...

We booked the room via Ostrovok service, and the selected room in real was another. Standard room on the foto in real is deluxe room. So when we came , we were surprised! The actual room is small, has no balcony and the restroom is very small. We had too extra pay to get the room on the foto.

Atmospheric hotel. Excellent responsive staff, from transfer to currency exchange, you can contact them with everything. Almost every room has a table with wooden chairs, you can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the palm trees and the pool.

Excellent mini-hotel. Comfortable rooms, new swimming pools, refrigerator, hairdryer in the room. There are three kitchens on the territory, there is a microwave, refrigerators. The best place to relax after a long flight, very quiet place in the jungle with beautiful swimming pool and very nice personal and services. We will definitely back. Large modern self-contained apartments ❤️

We’ve been to a couple of stays in Hikaduwa, but none really compare to the hospitality of this place. Large, luxurios rooms with the nicest host you’ll find. Always goes beyond his responsabilities to help you settle into a different country. We’ll definetely come back here!

A great place to start our holiday in Sri Lanka. The workers were the kindest and made us feel very welcome and made an atmosphere where we could feel “at home”. Parents and kids enjoyed the stay!

I stayed at this property. Few consideration before you are booking this one. 1) No wifi in rooms, 2) Ant and insects in room, 3) No one to provide basic service like water in room, other amenities etc. If you are on second floor, you will have to walk down to reception for everything you need including water, 4) If you wish to party and would arrive late to property, there is no one to open the gate...

We booked a room with the balcony and the ocean view - just an amazing and unforgettable experience to stay in such a scenic place. Super friendly staff and always nice background music in the pool bar. Swimming pool is suitable for the kids as well. The beach is long and sandy with no rocks on the sea bottom. Hikka center is just 5 min tuk tuk riding distance or 15-20min by feet. Enjoyed at full!...

A quiet and peaceful hotel, ideal for a couple of nights’ stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and breakfast, while simple, was still enjoyable. Although the room didn’t have WiFi and was a bit on the darker side, it was comfortable overall. The bed sheet was light, and the bedside plugs were a bit tricky to use, but these were minor inconveniences. Overall, a pleasant stay with a calm environment.

Great place, everything was clean. Friendly personell and very service minded. Breakfast was included and it tasted delicious. Fruit and variety of egg and bread. Pool was also nice, and the beachfront balcony was wonderful for a nightcap listening to the waves. They also organized trips for us! Fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful spot at the beach. Calm area of Hikkaduwa. Nice and big room, extraordinary view and lovely people working there. Lovely area to relax at the beach. Food ok. Beds were too hard for our taste. Nice balcony with seaview. Recommend!!
