Lovely welcome. Room was super clean with an amazing view. Excellent location- few steps to the beach and also to a part where the waves aren't too strong. Rooms are simple but all you need, hot water, wifi etc . Yoga and massage available next door at Suriya Wellness. We were sad to leave. Really enjoyed our stay.

Worst guest house/hotel where we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Stuff was very rude and unpleasant, seems like they can't spoke english (also they didn't smiled or said hello or anything) Our room smelled like old and mud, sheets were dirty and there was spiderwep at the corners. Only cold water from showers and very dirty bathroom. We asked breakfast at 9 (we asked it at evening before) and we got it at 10, so we waited hole hour at the table. Only good thing was the location. It was at beach and the view was good. We absolutly dont recommend this guest house, very overpriced place.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Decided to stay there after a stroll on the beach, and what a good decision that was!
Location is great, really close to mirissa main beach but quiter and not busy at all. The view is amazing to the beach.
Room is basic but all you need really.
The owner is so nice and helpful! With a huge smile all the time.

Wonderful location. A saved territory right after Mirissa. Rooms are very basic but with a wonderful view and directly at the water. Priyanka, who is taking care of the place is very kind to the guests and will prepare you a wonderful breakfast. She also has the one of the cleanest kitchens i have seen in Sri Lanka. Very good hospitality and nice rooms.

I strongly recommend that you don't book a room here. I had a horrible time because of the manager. He made me feel unsafe because he was constantly super touchy and called me dear all the time... and he was mostly very drunk even early in the morning.

Lovely spot! We only popped in for a drink so can't rate the accommodation, but the location is really nice and peaceful.
