My family and I had a great time at this haven. It feels like a sanctuary. If you want a glamorous and lavish experience this is not your place, but if you want to relax, refresh and restart then I would recommend lagoon paradise. Tip: wake up at 5am, the views are amazing and the air is so fresh.

Got a really nice spaghetti plate with tuna and seer fish! Was especially made for us. The fish very very fresh. Tasted delicious 👍

Hospitality at its best. We stayed here for a day before catching a flight back to U.S. will definitely come back to stay for longer next time. Great place to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery, and food. The chef and the owner are both attentive in asking us what we needed. A hidden gem in Negambo.

We had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Nice hospitality. There is Lagoon access a well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. good design to feel nature. Delicious food. There is an undisturbed view of the lagoon. Best for the relaxation.

Probably a contender for the worst hotel in Sri Lanka. I have lived here for ten years and never been to such a bad hotel. The owner is a cheat and has no idea how to run a hotel. The rooms are dirty, don't lock and even at one point we had to break the lock on one room just to get in. They have no plug sockets that work, no hot water and filthy bathrooms that make you feel dirtier than when you went in them. The towels smell and everything smells mouldy. The beds are uncomfortable and the whole place needs taken down and rebuilt. The pool is dirty along with everything else and even had to pay for our own mosquito coils when they tried to serve tea the milk was off. Do yourself a favour and don't book this place unless you want to see HOW NOT TO RUN A HOTEL there are many other nice places in the area. The only saving grace is grashan who is one of the workers there who is nice but has nothing to work with, everything else is a complete shambles. AVOID

Because there is no booking for this, the maximum amount is unfairly charged from those who come infrequently. I don't recommend anyone who knows to go. They add a charger for every little thing. But the food is clean and tasty.

i was there last week, it was very bad place to visit and I'm recommend anyone to go there. also very poor customer service and food charges are vary unfair. do go there pool also very bad and not cleaning.

The food dishes are the best. It's a very calm place where you could enjoy the lagoon view and just a couple of steps to the beach.

Food is not the main thing to enjoy..
Very poor customer service. No ethics at all. Old person told us at first sight.. Today "I'm very busy.". I checked the AC.... While waiting till it gets cool... Old man said... I dont have time to waste....
Dirty old fashioned bathroom... Dark rooms.... No lights as shown in photos.. Lagoon is not vincible range and covered with trees..
No tv connections.. Compared to price not worthy place to stay over a night..
Bad experience... I left the place soon.. Waste of fuel even to travel on bad poor roads such a distance..

Very interesting place. I've been to PAN many times with my family and friends over the years & it has never disappointed me. I suggest you go there around 7.00-7.30 PM as the place starts bustling with people after 8.00pm
