Good breakfast with attentive staff. We stayed for one night after a long flight. Location good for walking out to eat in the evening. Some of our pillows were discoloured and stained so we didn't use them.

Great location near main street, close to bars and shops. Walking distance to sea. Nice swimming pool and breakfast in the garden was unforgettable! Our room was huge size, very clean and good equiped. Very responsive and friendly staff. Special thanks to host. He helped us in any question. He gave an advise where we could get the best currency rate in the city. He arranged tuk-tuks and airport transfer for reasonable price. This is very safe place for staying, brand new building and wonderful staff. We highly recommend 3R resort not only for one night, here you can enjoy longer staying as well.

Rooms are a dream well set up and includes all the latest innovations. Breakfast was another great experience. Amazing views would have liked to have had a longer stay. Only complaint is the reception area and arrival area, not conducive to elderly

3 R was our first stay in Sri Lanka. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. They were so kind to have us check in very early in the morning, waited for us and helped with the baggage. Rooms extremely clean and confortable. Very good service in all aspects.
