Green View Holiday Resort in Kandy

It was the perfect place to get away from the new-year-celebration crazy in April, although fireworks could be heard even in this more remote place. They have an awesome swimming pool! Rooms are comfortable and large, showers have hot water and breakfast was tasty and generous. The owner was always helpful and gave good tips. We extended our stay. It's a 30 min tuktuk ride to Kandy. Small local shops right on the main street. Cute dog! And in the evenings there were so many fireflies in the surrounding trees, very beautiful. A very nice break from the city life overall. Good price, too!

Best place and people ever. We got there so tired and because of mistake of ours, we had no booking. They welcomed us anyways, so kindly. I cant recommend this place enough. Clean, beautiful. They treated us and our kid so amazingly. Thank you so much.

Throughout our stay, the owners and staff were incredibly helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance whenever we needed it. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly made a difference in ensuring that our trip was smooth and enjoyable.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the spacious parking facility. We had our own vehicle, and it was a relief to find ample parking space available on the premises. It made coming and going hassle-free, without any concerns about finding a spot.

we really enjoyed our time at green view hostel, we felt very much at home, the owners are extremely nice, helpful and honest. They were very kind and when they could, they offered to drive us to town, they helped us with planning our next move and are just super nice people. The pool is clean and big, we swam and played there.
They grow a lot of fruit on their land and explained to us about it and let us try everything. Dinner is also great! We loved the curry and dal that they made us.

We felt very spoiled at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and took advantage of their breakfast and dinner. Both were delicious and huge! Everyone was so friendly, and we had a comfortable, quiet sleeps both nights. It's a little far from the center, but we just hired a van to take us in, which the owners helped us to arrange. If you don't want the busy city noise, this place is a very good choice!
