Donners Hotel in Visby

Great breakfast and nice rooms. The staff are very understanding and even offered a breakfast bag to go, so I could have breakfast while making the morning boat out of the island.

Good hotel, excellent stuff who are willing to help when needed. The breakfast was not bad breakfast at all also.

Good location in oldtown area. Able to reach the location from the ferry without having to transit too many cobble stone streets. Ok breakfast but very busy and hectic when everyone attends at the same time. Decent selection of fresh fruit.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment offered by Donners Hotell in central Visby. This newly renovated unit is surprisingly spacious, clean in design, and highly affordable—especially for larger groups. For around 1500 SEK per night, up to eight people can comfortably stay here thanks to its three separate bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: a modern kitchen with all appliances, a stylish bathroom with washer and dryer, and a cozy common area with a large TV and dining space. The location is excellent, right in the old town, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the cleaning had been subpar, but the issue was swiftly addressed. After mentioning it to the front desk, the hotel arranged an extra cleaning without hesitation. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, which made a big difference.

This apartment is a great choice for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, space, and value in Visby.

It was nice to get a cup of tea/coffee anytime around reception area. Just not sure about toilet cleaning. There were kalks everywhere in toilet.... especially shower head....
Otherwise I recommend this place to stay.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Visby. It’s located inside the town walls and therefor right in the town center. The rooms are large and spacey and include everything a four star hotel should offer. The breakfast was also amazing.

We had a lovely stay in the family room at Donners hotel. It’s walking distance from the ferry terminal and Almedalen which makes it a very convenient place. Breakfast served was good.. family apartment was very spacious and clean. Complete value for money!!
