T3 Hotel Mira Val in Flims

We just left the hotel. The front desk was not manned, as was the case most of our stay. I left the room key at the front desk. I stayed in the hotel yesterday for a while to talk about an issue we had, a toilet in a room near us kept refilling 24/7 and kept us awake all night. As I never had a change to address this, it was never fixed. Also, we had no coffee or tea facilities in our room. Rooms are sparse and dated.

We stayed at the Hotel T3 Mira Val for a short break with our dog after Carnival in Flims. The welcome was rather cold and not very customer-friendly. For example, they forgot to inform us that you have to take your room key from the key rack at reception by hand (.....), and that you shouldn't ring the bell. This was reproachfully told to me when I had the nerve to ring for the key (.....). So, take the key you want, or yours; there is no checking or supervision. The food is always cool or even cold. The quality of the food is average. The price is very high for the standard offered. There is no common room that would deserve the title. The room is sufficiently large and the balcony is nice. The cleaning ranges from adequate to inadequate, as you can immediately see from the dust bunnies upon closer inspection. The TV cannot be plugged into the socket because the 230VAC cable is too short (.....). The sauna is just okay; it's not exactly nice or pleasant. That's why there are no photos of the sauna facilities online. The plumbing here in the basement (.....), in the sauna, such as the pipes and the mold growth on windowsills, for example, have not been commented on. All in all, I was glad to leave; it wasn't worth changing hotels for just three nights.

Too expensive for the price. Low-end food. Lunch: you might as well buy your lunch at the Co-op; it'll be much better. Dinner: not at all varied. Horrible salad. Few vegetables. Vegetarians: pass. You won't get much.

For ppl traveling from abroad, highly suggest not to book any room here. Base on their "rules", cancelation due to the latest stricter covid restriction on the broader which is unexpectable during this day is not allowed. For your own convenience, just get a room from the hotel where provide understanding rules.
