We had our wedding dinner at Fidazerhof restaurant and we were highly content.
From the first moment of planning until saying goodbye. All the staff we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and kind. The food was delicious and great-looking, too! Martina, was open and willing to create a vegan menu for us, which we appreciated a lot. She did more than expected.
We definitely come back again and we recommend to visit this place.

Lovely stay at the family run hotel. Super clean, very welcoming and friendly service. Great views from room balcony as well from the restaurant. Very quiet quaint little hotel. Bust stop right next to the hotel takes you down to Flims village or higher up to the mountains if you prefer :). We really enjoyed sauna and possibility to cool down in a small garden. Warm recommendation. We will definitely return.

We have been quite often to this place but unfortunately the quality has dropped drastically. I had fish (which tasted like hospital food) and my husband had tatar that was extremely salty.
What disappointed us the most though was the hospitality. I had a big fly in my drink which was untouched and when i asked to change it, they just took the fly out. When I asked again to chage it they told me I have to pay for it. We don’t pay 49chf for Ravioli for such service.
The waitress is very friendly, it’s the owner/head of service that is very unfriendly we know now why there are few people working in this place, the other waitress left her job to Starbucks. I would have done the same with that aweful boss!!

This is not my first time at FidazerHof, I am loyal client because I feel at home there. All is nice, all the staff make me feel welcome, well and happy. It is my HAPPY place. The Ayurveda treatments are authentic, & professionally done. The food is FANTASTIC, during my time there I always select the ayurveda diet because it is prepared at perfection. In resume I will definitively will return many times. Thanks to all FIDAZER STAFF

I came here a couple times. Once for a coffee, and once for some ice cream. The view from the terrace is outstanding. One of the most beautiful settings for a restaurant I've been to.
The young girl doing her internship here was very nice to chat with me and my wife.
I would love to come back here to stay in the hotel and try a meal if I ever had a chance.

The hotel has one of the most beautiful views across Flims! Very comfortable rooms and welcoming owners. It has also an arjuveda spa on site, where you can get lovely massages. I love my stay and I hope I will be back soon!

In the country where hospitality is valued, this place manages to even stand out. The warmth and attention with which guests are treated were nice addition to magnificent view from place on surrounding mountsbs and ayurveda background of the place
