Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a 160-year-old hotel in Bern, Switzerland. It is located opposite Bern's main train station. It's just across the street from the train station. It's very convenient for passengers with luggage, not to mention tomorrow. I'm about to fly back to Taipei, and the transportation is convenient, making it the perfect choice for more time to relax! After checking in, the staff was very attentive in showing us to our room. After a brief introduction to the room, love for rose petals was imprinted on the bed and nightstand, and personalized greeting cards were also placed on the coffee table. We received a gift (a disposable Kodak camera) because my son told the hotel about our 40th wedding anniversary when we booked the room. It made us feel very touching; perhaps we'll celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary again!

Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were very clean. The spa pool, well, there were sand and dirt particles on the bottom. Safety could be improved for guests with mobility issues.
But all in all, a very nice place to relax.

It's a conveniently located spot with excellent spa facilities, and I'm pleased that it welcomes kids during specific hours, allowing parents to indulge in some relaxation.

The hotel is in an old building next to the train station. It is well decorated and worthy of its five-star rating. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is a balcony. It is a great hotel for family trips!

The room is nice and the location is good, but the service is terrible. The front desk is quite stylish, but I was scolded by the front desk staff when I took a photo.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room
as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)

Hotel in the center in front of the train station, all the employees were very nice, for those who care, there is no air conditioner in the room, I booked an expensive room, there are probably rooms that need to be checked before. The hotel is clean.
