The hotel is great. Compared with most European hotels, the hardware facilities of this hotel are definitely worthy of the five-star rating. The surrounding old town scenery is beautiful.

Disappointed about the quality what a five-star hotel offered. Besides the poor service of first day front staff, the overall experience was compromised by the room temperature and the missing part of their ways of communication. Sad to say, i wont come back.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and most of Bern's famous attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a day ticket for Bern's public transportation, which can be used unlimited times. The room was spacious and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The reception was polite and enthusiastic. The guy who helped drive the car out also put two bottles of drinking water in the car. It was thoughtful.

There are a few people at the front desk, but they are very friendly

The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and there is a lot of noise outside the window. You can hear the ship's horn

Overall, hotels in Bern are slightly inferior to those in other cities. This hotel has a good location, average service, poor breakfast, and very simple room facilities. It does not meet the five-star standard.

The room is spacious and the charging socket is very convenient. It just has a slight smell and feels like it has just been renovated.

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.

The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.

Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.

The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.
