Rooms are clean, breakfast included was good value, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is 5 min walk to the bus stop that would take you to the main station. I would stay here again if I come back to Bern.

The facilities are complete and the place is clean and tidy.

The Waldhorn staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping make the most of each day. The free coffee and apples were great. Easy (and beautiful) walking distance to swim entry points for the Aare as well as the old town. Great meals at the Lebanese restaurant up the block, and the Kornhauskellar over the bridge.

The hotel is undergoing a full renovation so services are limited, but very good. Our room was redone elegantly and had a lovely design. Staff was very nice and helpful.

A three-star hotel in a major city. The standard room wasn't large, nothing special, and the decor... well, it was comfortable enough, and there was no unpleasant odor in the room. The breakfast was acceptable, better than a three-star hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, well, for Chinese people, it was just passable. It's conveniently located two public transport stops away from the city center...

Room size relatively smaller compared to other places such as montreux/zermatt, amenities also limited. The great thing of this hotel is the location, and lot of convenient store surrounding it. No need to worry about food and drink if u reach the hotel late. In short, recommend this hotel for small families and whoever first time visit Bern

Super clean and friendly service, location is perfect

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The room had a modern yet cozy decor and was very clean. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station. 20 meters to the left is the Federal Parliament Square. The scenery is very beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. Behind the hotel are various trams leading to all parts of the town.

Nice hotel. Rooms very simple/basic, but super clean and a good size. Very comfortable bed. I got great sleep. Breakfast was good, location excellent, just ten minutes walk for the train station. Note reception hours are very limited and for rest of time it's self service check in/, out via a computer.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Long story short, this is the loveliest B&B I have ever stayed in... and it was better than 90% of the hotels I have ever stayed in... The location is near the Bern train station. there is a steep path, but a cable car exists so you can use it if you have heavy luggage. When you stay at this hostel, you get free tickets for all forms of public transportation in Bern which was nice.
