Our family this location. Bar/lounge area is cute, quaint and cozy. Staff was fantastic. Rooms are large with fireplaces. Front desk, concierge and bell service were all impeccable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The concierge and room service were seamless and efficient, and even small requests like adaptors were handled immediately. The room was very comfortable, though we did find it slightly warm at times

There is no kettle in the room, and the mini bar needs to be paid for separately. Breakfast service: The breakfast is relatively simple, with freshly ground coffee. The staff is also quite enthusiastic

Hotel Eden and its associated restaurant were both outstanding finds at this price range. A 10 minute walk to downtown, quiet and clean rooms. The Caramela served fabulous food

It was my pleasure to stay at Pax Hotel.

The breakfast was okay, and as a Silver member it was fine since it was free, but if I had paid for it, it wouldn’t have been worth the money. Overall, a good stay, mainly thanks to the location and the wonderful staff

Pax Hotel has a great location within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are small but nice and practical. The staff really stand out – they’re incredibly friendly, service-minded, and very helpful

Also I opened a cheese at my breakfast but didn’t finished it so I wanted to take it to my room and the staff told me it wasn’t allowed so I had to throw away an almost complete cheese, that was sad

The host were lovely they gave us a free breakfast and a traveller pass for any public transport The rooms were nice with kettle for making drinks The beds were very comfortable The hotel is of the main rds with lovely grounds but the tram stop is 5 min walk and they go into town and the lake I would come back again

The room for my family was clean tidy and all around brilliant! The gardens were very well maintained. The manager was very helpful when we asked for directions and for places to eat

I booked direct and just before our stay we had a payment request which was fine but it said our booking would be cancelled if no response in 36 hours. If you don't keep on top of your emails this could be a problem

Bedroom was great for 3 people and all had proper beds not bed settees which was great. Only thing I would change is the booking system

Reception staff were very good gave us good advice about the transport and provided us with free tram tickets. Breakfast was limited but what's on offer was of decent quality

Our only negative feedback would be that the rooms weren't that sound proof and we could hear everything from the landing, I'm sure this worked both ways!

Property was really nice, easy to find, shops and restaurants etc. nearby. Literally next to the tram stop, provided a free public transport ticket for the trip too. Loved my little attic room!

Lovely hotel near the city Center with tram stop right outside. Public transport is free from the airport but you will need to request a ticket from the hotel before you arrive

The location is excellent! Right in front of the hotel, there is a tram stop that connects you to several parts of the city. And the neighborhood is charming

Late check in was automated and easy with our conf #. Stayed in Room 16. Room was good size and well appointed. A couple of shops abd places to eat are very close by. Housekeeping was excellent. Would stay here again.

Charming and classy restaurant in the middle of the pittoresque village of Confignon. It's close to the airport and from CERN. Food is delicious, just sophisticated enough to be surprising without being overpriced

Nice hotel if you are on business or working around the ZIPLO industrial area. It has cozy rooms and shared kitchen if you need to cook yourself

Restaurants are some distance away from this place as this is an industrial zone. Receptionist is very good and they keep the hotel very clean

I received my room details and access codes very late in the day, however, all worked well. I had a very comfortable room and the sector is very calm at weekends

Very clean, convenient location, friendly staff. I shared a bathroom, which was totally fine as only between 2 rooms, which were kind of in a private corridor anyway. Only criticism, no tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a good location, a ten-minute walk to the old town. There are many restaurants downstairs, but the room is a bit small. It is a good choice for a short trip of two or three days in Geneva.
