The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

Everything else was pretty good, other than the room being a bit too small. It's decent for the price.

The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old. I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back.

This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! We had a great experience here over a long weekend at the start of December. First off the location is perfect. Right in the city centre. The rooms are nice and modern with all you really need. One nice touch is that every room has a guitar amp which you can use with the multiple guitars you can borrow from reception. Food and drink wise it's pretty standard hotel fare which tbh I wouldn't highly recommend...

The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. The only downside is that although it appears close to the airport on the map, getting to the hotel by public transport is very inconvenient. If you have an early morning flight, you might need to reconsider or be prepared to pay for an Uber.

Food for breakfast is fresh but limited choice of hot dishes, and if you stay in this hotel for more than 3 days, you may get bored with the repeated food. Suggest can plan to have breakfast in other place if possible. The location is ok, around 30 mins walk to the Lake and 15 mins walk to the Broken Chair.
