4 star hotels in Geneva

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting to the city center is also easy, and they even provide a free transport card, making it perfect for a layover 👍. The well-equipped gym was a big plus for me, I really enjoyed it. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the rooms in the annex building are a bit small; fitting a large suitcase can be a tight...

The hotel is very close to Palexpo, making it ideal for exhibition attendees.

Close to the airport, suitable for business trips.

Booked Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Centre for others and received very positive feedback. Cleanliness, service, and amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was comfortable and well-managed. The hotel maintains high standards and the staff was professional and supportive. The location was average but manageable, while the overall stay experience remained very satisfying. A reliable...

Facilities: Very complete, just no toothbrushes, everything else is there. Hygiene: Quite clean. Environment: Close to the airport, very quiet except for occasional planes taking off. Service: Very thoughtful.

The room was really close to the airport and the price was pretty good, offering great value for money. It was very convenient for getting around, and the cleanliness was also good.

Nice hotel which is close to the Geneva Airport and Palexpo. Breakfast is okay with plenty of choices.

Really excellent service from the staff. A very nice experience from the check-in thanks to the reception Manager. Also very much enjoyed the restaurant, with specials thanks to Mrs. Laeticia and Mr. Pierre. One thing that could be improved would be the soundproofing insulation of the window panes in the rooms. But again, the exceptional service from the Staff makes it up for it. I will return.

Just a transit overnight to catch our transport early the next morning. Very close to airport and free shuttle provided making it very convenient.

We were pleased to stay one night in this hotel before our flight at Geneva airport. We had to ask for it but passes to go to Geneva through public transports were included in our room rate so we had a pleasant few hours visit in the city center. It is well linked with a bus. When it comes to the airport accessibility, the hotel provides a free shuttle service at fixed hours. The room was well furnished...

Location is great if you wanr to be close to the airport. Other than that, was not impressed at all. The room was clean but very small, bathroom looked outdated. Mini bar empty. The receptionist wanted to charge me for the room that has been already paid. Than the key did not work to get into my room. I got a complimentary drink so i ordered an aperol, turns out it is only good to get local wine....

Although it's not large, it's very clean. There's a bar and a restaurant downstairs, and a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable layout, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The toiletries were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently...

Shuttle service to and from the airport, very good! Location is good, close to the train station to downtown Geneva.

dated rooms, good location, lovely staff

Great location, nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Shuttle bus service available from hotel to airport. Lovely food in restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel for my birthday. They sent me a price list of different birthday celebration items when I mentioned it would be my birthday.

Nice facilities and spacious room. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the airport terminal to the hotel so it is a good option for Geneva airport transfer.

Everything else was pretty good, other than the room being a bit too small. It's decent for the price.

I stayed there for a day trip to Chamonix. The experience was great. Good location and clean room

Excellent location just next to train station yet within walkable distance from main attraction. Rooms clean and spacious. Service also great. Highly recommend

Amazing location but a bit dated, not the best customer service when not in the hotel (but staff at the hotel very nice)

Close to the train station, cozy, but the room was very cold. The pillows were soft.

It was a great place to stay, very central and convenient we love it. Also very close to excellent restaurant, ie casa nostra Italian restaurant! Only 6 minutes walk.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The room was spacious and lovely, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. They also provide a free public transport pass for tourists, valid from check-in day until 5 AM the day after check-out. It's incredibly convenient and saved us a lot on transportation costs!

This five-star hotel, once home to Charlie Chaplin, offers cozy rooms that are a tad small but very comfortable. The lobby also has entertainment facilities.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel itself was well kept, and the common areas felt welcoming. I also liked the location—it was convenient and...

I think the service was really nice and the room is comfortable.

Great location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants. Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space. Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet. Tea and coffee making facilities in...

The room was clean and tidy, with a classic, elegant decor. The furniture was exquisite, giving it a very stylish feel. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very good night's sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a TV, a mini-fridge, and thoughtful touches like tea and coffee making facilities. However, the room isn't particularly spacious, so if you have a lot of luggage, the moving space...

Services is good. The reception help us so much. The room is good and quiet.

Super convenient location, just a five-minute walk to both the train station and the lake – though Geneva isn't a huge city to begin with! 😂 The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I extended my stay for several nights and would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm back in town! Next time, I'll try the breakfast option.

My stay at Novotel Geneva was truly excellent, with the hotel offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality; the rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, the staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, while its central location made exploring Geneva’s lake, Old Town, and business...

Spacious and comfortable surroundings, friendly reception staff, clean and tidy rooms with ample space, convenient transportation access—overall, a very satisfying stay.

The room was quite comfortable, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel doesn't provide slippers or toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. The hotel is close to the train station, offering a great location and convenient transportation.

The parking situation here is absolutely dreadful; you either need to be a professional driver or have a tiny car. It's the most cramped parking garage I've ever encountered in my life.

The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. The only downside is that although it appears close to the airport on the map, getting to the hotel by public transport is very inconvenient. If you have an early morning flight, you might need to reconsider or be prepared to pay for an Uber.

There was quite distant from airport if by walk, not suggested. There was a tram to arrive. Hotel was next to the supermarket, very convenient. They served airport shuttle bus, we liked it.

Great priced hotel right by the airport. Convenient shuttle service gives you access to the airport on arrival and departure & close to tram lines for quick access to the city. Stayed after a couple of weeks of hiking & loved the luxury before flying home

location is good and convenience., breakfast standard, room is standard..

Breakfast was amazing! The service was excellent.

Not bad, very close to the airport.

The hotel is nice with excellent location near the report. Thee hotel also have free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean. We even had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our double room window! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, salads, and bread.

Average Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

After shuttle service to and from airport

Everything looks great and love the morning meal. delicious!

The hotel booking non refundable but request change date but also not allow because of flight change

The hotel is great, 5mn from the business aviation terminal of GVA. Good breakfast and gold room

Lovely service, Kindness employees. Reasonable price. Strongly recommend. Really worth it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Geneva Airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in and my overall stay very comfortable. The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained, which made the room feel cozy and relaxing. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was very convenient and reliable, making transportation to and from the airport stress-free. I would definitely...

It was good hotel to stay near airport. Their airport shuttle service was amazing.

Great hotel. Location to airport is further out than I realised.

Clean and modern hotel with very spacious rooms. I fully recommend

The hotel is super close to the train station, and it was about 30 francs from the airport. My room was sun-facing, clean, and bright. Since I had a big suitcase, I took a taxi. The front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic, even proactively asking if I needed a Geneva transport pass, which I didn't use because I already had a Swiss Travel Pass. I followed the AI-suggested itinerary for my day...

Great location, right outside the train station. The breakfast area has a lovely ambiance with sunrise views, and the breakfast itself is good. The cleanliness is also decent. My only minor complaints are that the room was a bit small and the facilities felt a little dated.

This right next to Geneva Train station and 2 mins walk. All buses stop right in front of the hotel. It is so convenient, especially with 2 big luggages and 80 years dad. The hotel lobby is big ans 3 elevators. The rooms has all we need except the kettle was hiding in a cupboard which we only found it when we leave the room. The hotel view pretty good from our room.

Very convenient location, right next to train station.

Convenient location, booked 3 rooms for the 9 of us & it was a comfortable stay!

The hotel is right next to Geneva train station, which is a great location. Inside the station, there's a supermarket and a wide variety of dining options. The hotel itself has heating, but the breakfast selection is not very extensive.

I stayed in the Executive Hipster Room. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely return to this hotel.

I spent two days at this hotel. I liked the location near the lake, the interesting design, and the delicious, varied breakfasts. The only thing that slightly detracted from my experience was the check in process: no one helped me with my luggage, and I am young petite woman. I had to carry my luggage to my room myself, and this was the first time I encountered such a situation in 27 countries. Overall...

This was a great hotel for convenience to the railway station. Bed was so comfortable and the free beverages were appreciated.

The room was modern and cozy, with all necessary amenities provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I was impressed with the staff, who helped us book taxis and find local attractions. The breakfast was decent, varied, and delicious. I chose the location specifically for my business events. The waterfront promenade was within walking distance, and we enjoyed evening strolls there.

Convenient transportation links nearby. The cleanliness was quite good, especially for a European hotel, and the dining options were decent.

The rooms are quite modern, though the hallways are a bit cramped. It offers good value for money, and the breakfast was decent. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Lake Geneva. I would recommend it.

Good location. Small rooms but all what you need and very comfortable beds

Convenient location but the room is quite small

Great stay. Rooms were cozy with a great shower and super comfortable bed and pillows. The location was also unbearable situated between the old and new town. Service was warm and friendly.

Excellent service, convenient location, and a clean room.

Very modern and clean! Close to city Centre and shopping areas! Would come again! Bed is super huge, can sleep 4people literally

Nice hotel, will consider to book again if travelling to Gevena

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything was good and went well. Staff members are very nice and helpful.

Freindly team. So kind eager to help you anytime

He said that it was just a normal hotel. The best thing about it is the location since his conference venue was nearby.

Old and expensive hotel. Food is fair. Staffs are friendly

It is very convenient to travel in the city, close to some stations, and provides free bus cards. The service is also very thoughtful and considerate. It is worth recommending

Very clean and convenient transportation

Really good. Location is Center of Geneva. Very large bed.

I have asked the hotel about when do they refund the deposit money to me, but seems until now the money didn’t return to my master card account and also didn’t receive any feedback from too!

Thank you to the reception staff, who were very kind and helpful.

Exceeded all expectations! Great location, clean rooms, and modern facilities, including a charming antique spiral staircase and elevator. It's right next to Lake Geneva and close to the old town.

This hotel is right by Lake Geneva, and the room we booked had a view of the lake as soon as you opened the window – excellent location! It's just a two-minute walk to the boat dock for cruises, and a short stroll to the Jet d'Eau. The bus station is also right next to the hotel, so it was super convenient for us to catch our bus to Chamonix right after stepping out. Dinner was delicious too, and the...

Great room, very kid-friendly.

This is a great place to stay in Geneva, especially for the price. The breakfast was good too.

The room was a bit small, and the door was not soundproof at all; you could hear everything said outside. Plus, being right above the city tram tracks made it quite noisy... Other than that, everything else was pretty standard and acceptable.

Booked three rooms here. The elevator is tiny, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs first. Soundproofing is just okay, but cleanliness is decent. Breakfast was alright too. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic....

Check-in isn't until 3 PM, and the elevator is quite small and unique.

Very close to Cornavin train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was quite clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. The service was enthusiastic. Lake Geneva is also within walking distance.

Staff very friendly. Premium location access to both side of lake. 10min walk to Genève station.

Staff very friendly. Premium location access to both side of lake. 10min walk to Genève station.

Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: I've stayed at Meijingge in Mile before, so I chose this one in Geneva too. It's a beautiful duplex. Service: The front desk staff who checked me in was very gentle and polite.

Excellent stay at the Rotary Hotel. Rooms were renovated with modern appliances and had a very luxe style/design. It was very hot in Geneva when I visited so the air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver. Very good AC system. Service was also great as they fulfilled all my needs and were helpful with storing my luggage. Location is also optimal since you are very close to Cornavin train station...

Perfect hotel for a business or family stay. Excellent value for money.

Normal five-star level, good quality chocolate and water were provided, the surrounding road is under construction and there is no convenience store which is inconvenient. The iced fruit tea prepared by the front desk is very practical and comfortable in the hot summer

Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. It's just two bus stops from Lake Geneva. Besides the slightly high price, everything else was perfect.

Hotel is very near to train station, and theres a good cafe just downstairs, love the stay

Location is perfect and they provide free transportation for the stay.

Perfect location, good quality room and sound proofed so you can’t hear the trains. Drinks in the bar were a bit pricey

Everything was great, and you can easily go everywhere on foot.

Location is good as it just opposite of the train station. But feel hot in the room so need to open windows during sleeping time.

Very good location. Nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately very loud cleaning staff in the morning at 0700. All good

Perfect location The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva

Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013... shows. Looking a little dated. The 'gym' had a few bikes / rowers, would love to see them improve this and i'd be back.

Great Location Walking distance from the train station, many restaurants nearby, easy walk to the Old City. Also right on the river, a plus.

Good location, any restaurants close by and 10 minutes to the main train station.

Thank you so much for your kindness, for unloading the bags, for taking them to the car, and for your trust in them.

Yes, very convenient and clean. I know very well the Swiss hospitality. Thank you.

Excellent location , clean room, good service

great hotel and location great hotel and location. i was very positively surprised.

Excellent location The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, walking distance to everywhere. It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which eliminates the need for taxi Uber, etc... The rooms are a bit small and it's hard to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Other than that, everything was great 👍

It was well-priced and in the muddle of it all m, walkable and a great end to a long holiday.

The staff is very nice and the all thing was a good experience. Good deal for the price. The bathroom floor should be cleaner. Also people are hanging around late close to the Starbuck even when it is closed. They speak loudly and play music/

Awesome location and convenient to all Halal restaurants nearby.

I chose this hotel mainly because it's close to the train station, only a 7-8 minute walk away, which is super convenient. Lake Geneva is also just a 10-minute stroll. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Right outside, there's an authentic Chinese restaurant that serves great food. Breakfast is rich, the service is excellent, and they even provide a complimentary...

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast options were limited, but the food was quite tasty. Unfortunately, the room was quite small; after opening two suitcases, there was barely any space left.

The staff is friendly The room is really small

Better than expected, great environment and service

Convenient transportation, close to the train station
