Really excellent service from the staff. A very nice experience from the check-in thanks to the reception Manager. Also very much enjoyed the restaurant, with specials thanks to Mrs. Laeticia and Mr. Pierre. One thing that could be improved would be the soundproofing insulation of the window panes in the rooms. But again, the exceptional service from the Staff makes it up for it. I will return.

We had such a great experience at Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva. Otho and Erwan were incredibly welcoming and made us feel so comfortable from the start. Had a wonderful 2 night stay for me (16) and my Mum’s first time in Geneva. Lovely welcoming staff, are there to help with any issues. We had a great experience here over a long weekend at the start of December. First off the location is perfect. Right in the city centre. The rooms are nice and modern with all you really need. One nice touch is that every room has a guitar amp which you can use with the multiple guitars you can borrow from reception. Food and drink wise it's pretty standard hotel fare which tbh I wouldn't highly recommend...

Normal five-star level, good quality chocolate and water were provided, the surrounding road is under construction and there is no convenience store which is inconvenient. The iced fruit tea prepared by the front desk is very practical and comfortable in the hot summer

Couldn't believe how close it was to the train station, literally right outside the door – super convenient! The service was great too; they even gave us a free day pass, which made getting to the airport the next day really easy. There's a small balcony with a view of the big fountain. It's just two bus stops from Lake Geneva. Besides the slightly high price, everything else was perfect.

The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean. The only downside is that although it appears close to the airport on the map, getting to the hotel by public transport is very inconvenient. If you have an early morning flight, you might need to reconsider or be prepared to pay for an Uber.

There was quite distant from airport if by walk, not suggested. There was a tram to arrive. Hotel was next to the supermarket, very convenient. They served airport shuttle bus, we liked it.

It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which eliminates the need for taxi Uber, etc... The rooms are a bit small and it's hard to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Hotel’s close to bus station.

The drains in the sink and bathroom were extremely slow. The hotel had one large and one small bed; the room was decent, and the two large windows were quite comfortable. The hotel was two bus stops from the train station, and then a 200-meter walk from there. Next time, if I have large luggage, I would definitely choose a hotel near the train station.

The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, but the service is really bad. I asked for a room that was not stable, and I had to negotiate with Ctrip for a long time, and they even had to pay extra to change the room. It is an old-fashioned hotel with air conditioning.
