Great location just right opposite the train station. Easy to access and great breakfast served. There is a piano in the central lobby which we can play. The pillows are especially fluffy

Everything else was pretty good, other than the room being a bit too small. It's decent for the price.

It was a great place to stay, very central and convenient we love it. Also very close to excellent restaurant, ie casa nostra Italian restaurant! Only 6 minutes walk.

Food and drink wise it's pretty standard hotel fare which tbh I wouldn't highly recommend, apart from breakfast which is excellent. It's a continental buffet breakfast but the selection and quality really sets it apart

Was very cozy and pleasant room. Loved the speaker and the smell of the hair products! Location is ideal. Chromecast didn’t work with iPhone unfortunately. A bit strange to have glass walls of the shower 😅

Rooms lovely and cosy with good facilities, and a couple of English tv channels ! Only tiny issue is lacking draw space for clothes/items but we could work around it. Would definitely stay here again!

The biggest positive from our stay here however was the staff. Every staff member we met were brilliant but special mention has to go to Omar, Alex, Sasha, Monica, Erwan and Carla

Shoutout to Jacky for giving us a map and showing us where to go! The food on a night was nice and a wonderful fresh selection of items at breakfast for all appetites

The small notes on our stying was that the A/C didn’t really doing its job alright and our second thought was about the toilet door that didn’t close. (Finally - Room number 122 on the 4th floor wasn’t available 😀)

The hotel is super close to the train station, and it was about 30 francs from the airport. My room was sun-facing, clean, and bright. Since I had a big suitcase, I took a taxi

This right next to Geneva Train station and 2 mins walk. All buses stop right in front of the hotel. It is so convenient, especially with 2 big luggages and 80 years dad. The hotel lobby is big ans 3 elevators

The front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic, even proactively asking if I needed a Geneva transport pass, which I didn't use because I already had a Swiss Travel Pass

The rooms has all we need except the kettle was hiding in a cupboard which we only found it when we leave the room. The hotel view pretty good from our room

Very convenient location, near to the train, tram and bus station. (1 min away) In the reservation, we had free tickets for public transport included. City center is 10 min walking away

Everything and everyone was fantastic from checkin, the beautiful room, to dinner recommendations and getting us back to the airport.

Historical building with nearby shopping and staff is excellent but my room had a tub I had to get in to take shower and it’s high and older people might risk a fall and AC was not on at night we felt hot , overall a nice hotel

Only two negatives: filtered water dispenser in lounge tasted bad so we bought water from the convenient coop across the street; and breakfast had only one option which was an expensive buffet, no a la carte

From arrival to departure staff couldnt be more kind, assistive and pleasant. They were always present and going above and beyond to assist. Room was also amazingly beautiful, historic but clean and beautiful

All the food and beverage at the hotel is up to standard and both tasty and with best ingredients. Breakfast is very good and for European standards exceeding many hotels in terms of quality and varieties

So happy i gave one more chance to Geneva and explore this hotel. It changed my perspective that there is still hope to experience luxury at Geneva hotels and finally a place that lives up to its promise

The real advantage of the third floor is that the Junior suites have been “partially” renovated, and although the sitting area furniture is a outdated (sofa needs replacing), the bed/pillows is are excellent as are all the linens, and towels

Nolan is a natural! Guillaume, Clara and Jonathan at the concierge desk, were also super helpful. We stayed in Room 323, a Junior Suite with River view and I highly recommend this class of rooms

The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to restaurants, and the best luxury shopping and Old Town is just a short boat ride across the river

Ours had a small balcony and a window which gave a view of Lake Geneva and a side view of the garden adjacent to the hotel

As a hotel with a history of more than half a century, it is still well maintained, and the check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00, which is the most relaxed after staying in Europe for two weeks

This hotel is right by Lake Geneva, and the room we booked had a view of the lake as soon as you opened the window – excellent location! It's just a two-minute walk to the boat dock for cruises, and a short stroll to the Jet d'Eau

I have asked the hotel about when do they refund the deposit money to me, but seems until now the money didn’t return to my master card account and also didn’t receive any feedback from too!

Our family this location. Bar/lounge area is cute, quaint and cozy. Staff was fantastic. Rooms are large with fireplaces. Front desk, concierge and bell service were all impeccable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The concierge and room service were seamless and efficient, and even small requests like adaptors were handled immediately. The room was very comfortable, though we did find it slightly warm at times

Excellent stay at the Rotary Hotel. Rooms were renovated with modern appliances and had a very luxe style/design. It was very hot in Geneva when I visited so the air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver

There are two double beds, one is 2 meters and the other is 1. It is spacious for three big and two small. Although it is not on the first line of the lake, it is a 2-minute walk from the lake

You can find free bus tickets at the hotel front desk. Although I didn't encounter anyone checking tickets on the bus barge for two or three days, it is still safer to get one just in case

The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water

Location is also optimal since you are very close to Cornavin train station as well as the main touristic area around Rue du Rhone, Mont Blanc, etc. You are only 5-10 minutes away from everything

Normal five-star level, good quality chocolate and water were provided, the surrounding road is under construction and there is no convenience store which is inconvenient

This was originally my father's regular hotel. It is a classic luxury hotel in a good way, unlike the recent cost-conscious American chain hotels.

Very nice and classic decoration in the room that recalls history. The hotel locates old city center where nearby CBD, but it’s a little bit hard to find if you self-driving. Very nice breakfast! Good service from staff.

During these ten minutes, the hotel served champagne, coffee, orange juice, and chocolate. Although the hotel is small, it is exquisite and clean

Because our English is so poor, the service staff at the front desk patiently helped us solve all the problems. Chocolates are delivered to the room every day, and the hotel is convenient to go anywhere

I had dinner in the windows restaurant on the first floor in the evening and breakfast in the same restaurant the next day. There are not many existing restaurants. The restaurant is also five stars

Perfect location The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva

Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the river and lake. It is nicely decorated with a bit funky art. The room was fairly small but okay. It had a small desk, coffee machine and fridge

I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back
