It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~ The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK

The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa. The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~ The best thing is the breakfast

It's the first time for my wife and I to visit Geneva, the city of horology. The stay at Beau-Rivage Geneva is extraordinary. No other hotels that we have stayed before even come close to BRG

Starting from pre-arrival emails asking for our preference, Guillaume of the concierge team has proactively arranged Geneva Transportation Card for us to travel from airport to the hotel

Needless to say, the breath-taking view at the balcony, seeing the Jet d'eau Genève is THE reason for us to come all the way to Geneva! Knowing that we will leave early for a day trip on the 2nd day before the usual breakfast hour, Celine immediately helped us arrange a complimentary breakfast delivered to our room at 6:30am

Celine is very friendly and helpful, accompanying us to our suite and showing us around inside the accommodation

The best hotel I've stayed in Switzerland, the service staff are very friendly, the room facilities are also very good, and there is a turndown service! The main location is also very good, there is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station

It's really nice, the best hotel in Europe. Turn left and you will be near the Geneva Fountain. Turn right and you will find the station. It is very convenient to go to the Palais des Nations and the train station

Peaceful and quiet hotel in the center of a chamber atmosphere, gorgeous rooms, very pleasant service. Breakfast is very modest. Tomorrow a-la carte, not buffet lol. Is that pancakes and toast can be ordered.

Excellent stay at the Rotary Hotel. Rooms were renovated with modern appliances and had a very luxe style/design. It was very hot in Geneva when I visited so the air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver

Location is also optimal since you are very close to Cornavin train station as well as the main touristic area around Rue du Rhone, Mont Blanc, etc. You are only 5-10 minutes away from everything

The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water

For breakfast their french toast was a french toast I will never forget (and I don't even eat carbs for breakfast but this was worth it) All in all, a great choice for staying in Geneva

Perfectly located close to shops and restaurants along with the old quarter where you can find Museums and St Peters cathedral. The service is second to none and the decor is old world luxury, befitting old Geneva

The windows in my room were quite small and set high the wall so the room was a little dark and the view on the Place Longemalle was limited. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay

Better than the Metropole! Right on the plaza in old Geneva, a block from the water. Don't expect lake views, but people watching down on the plaza is interesting

When I booked (3 days in advance) this was one of the cheaper hotels compared to the other ones (Geneva is in general quite expensive for hotels)

We are aware that everyone from the same flight as us was informed by telephone call to room about lunch, except us, when we spoke to Corinne about this she told is to “go out and get our own food” and that “it must be with cash as visa will not be reimbursed” and that “ as we missed today’s lunch it cannot be reimbursed at all” WE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CASH only cards WE DID NOT CHOSE TO HAVE FLIGHTS...

They provide free transport card which is so convenient in going to UN building and everywhere. The hotel is just basic , but everything we need is there. We got 2 rooms , 1 wit triple occupancy for my children

The location is the best there is in Geneva, it is also few mins walk from bus station if you are planning to take the bus to Chamonix. They give the room to you as long as it's done cleaning and available

Sound proofing is poor and we can clearly hear the noise coming from the street since our room is on the 2nd floor. Based on the price range I will still use this hotel if I were to visit Geneva again

Cristal Design is a modern style hotel, the room is very small you have to be very creative to arrange your luggages. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the train/tram and bus stations

As a tourist you get a ticket from the hotel that allows you to use public transportation for free. The owner of the hotel is a super kind person, who does everything to make his guests feel comfortable and well

I booked direct and just before our stay we had a payment request which was fine but it said our booking would be cancelled if no response in 36 hours. If you don't keep on top of your emails this could be a problem

Bedroom was great for 3 people and all had proper beds not bed settees which was great. Only thing I would change is the booking system

There was a certain charm this hotel has. Some people may call it out dated, however I find the retro vibe to be warming. Remind me of my continuous travel back in the 90s

Room are clean and staff was generally warm and friendly. I also like the music playing in the common area. Makes you feel like your in a John Wicks movie

Possibility of breakfast to the room is much longer than in other hotels, which is perfect for a person who wakes up just before noon like me

And the staff was really nice and friendly, which often isn't the case in many other hotels. I'm sure i'll be coming here again :)
