The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old. I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back.

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. Hotel’s close to bus station.

The drains in the sink and bathroom were extremely slow. The hotel had one large and one small bed; the room was decent, and the two large windows were quite comfortable. The hotel was two bus stops from the train station, and then a 200-meter walk from there. Next time, if I have large luggage, I would definitely choose a hotel near the train station.
