Great hotel. Amazing view. Fantastic service. Will stay again.

We had to lift our own luggages into the minivan that transfer us to the airport- to be, this should be a hotel service. Everything else was good.  Breakfast was decent though not as sumptuous compared to London Hiltons that I have stayed at. 

Very nice room, the view from the room is gorgeous. The hallway from lift to rooms smell really bad, heavy smell of smoking cigarettes. The location is behind Palexpo. Not clear enough how to get there or how to get to from the Hotel to Palexpo. A crucial sign is missing when you have split route without sign which path to follow. From Palexpo I took a taxi to the the hotel. But that was a waist if...

Close to Geneva Airport with free shuttle bus every 20 minutes. The room is clean and spacious but many amenities are missing due to planet saving policies.

All was fine, shuttle from airport is fast only 5min. Staff is Kind. Love the clocks Audemars Piguet at counter.

Amazing location, cordial staff, helpful concierge, wonderful rooms - complimentary bottles of Swiss water, and a fridge in the room. Right in front of Jet d'Eau fountain, and water taxi service. Walking distance to everything. Bring bread to share by hand with Swans, ducks, geese & flying seagulls!

The massages at the spa are really good! And you can find good discounts on buyclub ;)

Newly renovated, very very kind and helpful staff. Very clean and following all health measures! Loved it!

This hotel has amazing location and view, but my story was very disappointed. I made booking online for signature Room with panoramic lake view, but when I checked in they gave me room with side view, however I show them the booking details but they said it’s online booking we can’t assure it. Also the rooms are not to level of five stars hotel

Very luxurious hotel, friendly staff and absolutely delicious food they offer at the restaurant. The location of the hotel makes the price too high AS everything in Geneva! We were lucky enough to get an offer into my email before 2 days only before we decided to go to Geneva. I should give it 5 stars actually, but as a poor man looking always at the prices:) The gym and the sauna are great ?

Nice scenery, moderate housing prices in Europe

The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

The room is good, with a good view. You can see Lake Geneva next to the Palais des Nations. The view and walk are very good. The room has been visited by many celebrities. The service is also very good. The tap water in the bathroom is a little small, maybe because the decoration is a little old. Other aspects are good.

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, courteous and professional. Traveling as a family, so we needed two rooms. I booked them well in advance, however when we arrived at the hotel at 4 in the afternoon, neither room was ready and we were told our rooms would be on separate floors. We were offered free drinks at the bar... Finally, at 5:30, one of the rooms was ready and I left my contact information for notification when the other room would be available. No call...

The room is poorly soundproofed and the price is higher than the standard of its facilities.

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. The service was normal. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Also, it is far from the lake. Please consider carefully if you want to see the lake view.

This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! This is the first time I've stayed in a 7,000 yuan hotel without heating. I've learned a lot.

The room is nice and the location is great. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. You can try it. The food is good. Mandarin Oriental Hotel is great no matter where in the country.

Very friendly staff and the receptionist gave us some great recommendations of the city which we followed and enjoyed a lot. Luxury hotel with well equipped rooms and bathrooms

Knowing that every year, June is summertime in this location, yet the air conditioner is effectively not working at all. The room is so cramped and small, with a good AC, it will cool the hot room really fast. Our room unit control Air flow is set to max & lowest temperature yet - its HOT & HUMID the whole night. Couldn't get a good sleep at all. What are we paying for then ??? This is the ONLY point...

Well the location and pick-up service from the airport was excellent including all the amenities and bed was comfy too. I was rather not happy with the reception team attitude which are not at all welcoming. Infact they even said the executive suite I booked is not meant for 5 people in which a 2 years old infant was treated as an additional people. I have been exploring so many cities and hotels...

First time there, in the lake view suite which was really nice but also quite small for thar price range. Windows are dated, we could hear noise from the street and cold air coming from one of them (though we weren't cold as aircon worked perfectly) Bathroom was impressive, one of the best I've seen on hotels. Beautiful property in a convenient location, easy to access all business and tourist sites. Hotel service is top notch. Luxurious hotel room with spacious and well-appointed bathrooms. The location was excellent. The train station nearby. Lake in the window. Fountain on the place :) Minus one star for a strange attitude to the children. You probably will try to sell you a room in another price category, if you with a child , albeit seven years. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough, had a comfortable bed and great bathroom however we had a view of a huge amount of industrial piping as the view over the lake was on the other side of the hotel. The food and drink was nice but expensive.

The staff are generally excellent and the location is perfect. The estate could do with some refurbishment soon but it is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in Geneva.

Amazing experience. We stayed for 4 nights Sunday to Thursday and from the second we arrived it was absolutely brilliant. Special shout out to Reda who was always warm and showed genuine care to us throughout our stay. We had a very pleasent 1 night stay at La Réserve Genève. The room and the spa were amazing. Special mention for the overall service and the quality of the meals at the Loti Restaurent. No doubt we will come back soon !

Booked a room 1080CHF as king-size bed, but it was actually just two twin beds pushed together. I ended up sleeping on the uncomfortable seam all night and woke up with significant back pain. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, I don’t understand why they cut corners instead of providing a proper king-size mattress. Stop economizing on details. The location is great. There are places to go shopping around. It's also close to the old town! Shopping is very convenient! I booked a lake view room, but the balcony is an inner balcony. But the view outside the window is still very good! Recommended!

Alexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!

The place is very strategic, close to shopping centers and close to my work. It's not wrong to choose a place here, highly recommended for friends who have needs here.
