Conveniently located near the train station, but take note it’s not the main St Gallen station but it’s the St Fiden station. Nonetheless, it was clean, cosy and quiet.

The receptionist’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. She treated my wife with clear ****** and disrespect simply because she was wearing a hijab. Such conduct is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. We expected hospitality and professionalism, but instead, we experienced bias and rude treatment. This level of service is disgraceful and should not be tolerated by any reputable organization

I booked this hotel without checking it carefully. I realized it within 10 seconds and contacted Ctrip to negotiate a refund, but it was already impossible to change it. I lost money in vain.

Location was good. Close to bus station and railway station. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Had kettle and microwave.

The location is convenient, the breakfast is good but the staff is not very friendly and helpful, also the parking entrance is not noticeable if u are the first time here.
