The hotel was amazing! We enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately the parking lots are not enough, so book them in advance!

The room was clean, breakfast nice (though could have had more options), the balcony was gorgeous and the spa was amazing. It was lacking a few basic amenities like conditioner, a mini fridge, espresso capsules for each day. The room was also quite tight for two people to stay in. But overall this was made up for by the atmosphere of the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Paid for 3 days of half board, only able to eat one time because of reservations. There was no reimbursement. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

Great wellness area, nice rooms, friendly staff, good location somewhat outside Arosa's abysmally ugly village core. The hotel's IT infrastructure is terribly amateur though. (Basically nothing worked for the whole weekend we were there, because "the last Windows update killed the server" - which means they're basically running the whole hotel on a single Microsoft server, with no backups.)

The hotel is located in a convenient location: a few min by foot from the main station and main cable car, which takes to the middle skiing station. The hotel provided all the usual 4* comforts, along with a very friendly and welcoming staff, an abundant breakfast buffet, and a modern but cosy and stylish room. The dinner was also quite delicious and diverse. We particularly liked the close proximity to the hiking trails. The town centre, with a COOP, is only a short drive away.

Stayed here for a ski vacation and had a fantastic experience. The location and infrastructure were excellent, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Such a wonderful and special place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland in a cozy family home. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I stopped by The Hotel Pratachli for a drink after a walk. I ordered at the bar, and the bartender said he'd bring it right out. Despite being the only customer both inside and out, my drink never showed up, even after 15 minutes. It's a shame a place in such a great spot can't manage to serve a single customer.

This is a very nice apartment complex in the heart of Arosa. Relatively close to the free ski bus stop (although there are some steep steps along the way), and to the shops area. We only used the ski bus once or twice, as there is only one stop to the main chairlift/gondola station, and we left our equipment in the modern lockers provided right by the chairlift station. Lovely hotel. Has everything we needed. Warm and clean room. Lots of storage space to unpack two big suitcases and more. Hotel is also stone throw away from the ski lift. The hosts are lovely. If you have a car, this is a must visit hotel in Switzerland. The views from the room are outstanding. The staff was helpful to allow me a late check in. You will find stunning hiking routes from the hotel. The kitchen in the restaurant closes at 9 pm and the restaurant closes at 10 pm during summer. The drive to this hotel is another bliss.
