Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it. The spa area is excellent.

One of our worst hotel stays:
Check-in experience alone destroyed entire stay. Very unfriendly, no explanations, no help with luggage. Didn’t know anything about the facilities or dinner or transportation for 2 days.
Half board dinner meals are very small after a day of skiing. Despite restaurant manager confirmed reordering, staff still insisted to pay extra.

Got an apology from management.

And again same story at check-out.

Supposed to have a nice new year holiday at a luxury property but left with a poor experience of less than 3*.

The hotel is nice and has a good location. The guys at the entrance who park your car and help with your luggage are very friendly, but unfortunately the blonde woman who attended to us was very rude and at the end, when we checked out, she wanted to charge us again for the room. She was very arrogant, which I didn't like at all.

We were on our way to Lake Como but due to severe thunderstorms we had to abort our journey largely cause SBB cancelled train from Zurich to Milan. We picked Davos as an alternate destination and the Grand Stienburger Belvedere Hotel was such a pleasant surprise . The welcoming , the rooms, the property was superb in all respects, the front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. There was a car a driver at our disposal for the entire duration of our stay of 2 days Free of Charge ! Very thankful to the staff . The food at the restaurant was delicious and so was the sauna and pool. Lovely destination to visit

I was very satisfied.

I will recommend it and book it again.

Since I don't speak English, there were some initial communication difficulties at reception.

I found that disappointing, since we are in Switzerland. One employee spoke good German and was very helpful.
