Lovely hotel! We booked the apartment and it was comfortable, nice and clean. The facilities are great and they have individual ski/snowboard equipment locker for each room.
The dinner at the main restaurant was amazing and staffs are very polite and lovely. Our family had a really good time here. Will definitely come again for another ski holiday.

Best experience I've ever had here. The staff are very helpful. The room was beautiful with a great view. The breakfast is delicious 😋 I love it here I will be back❤️❤️❤️

The hospitality is more than amazing ! The food in the restaurant by the attic is unexplainable… the rooms are artistic and super amazing … the hotel is a piece of art … it was built is 1780 and hosted the first Rico in Switzerland! Special thanks to Emanuel who hosted us from the begging till the end ❤️🤗

We rented an appartment and loved the space, location and very qualitative equipment. A super place with very kind staff to discover Engelberg and sureoundings!

Rustic interior and friendly staff makes the place cozy and comforting. Tried the vegetarian pizza and it was loaded with veggies and tasted 😋

Friendly staff and good food. Although we did not make a reservation, we were accepted and got a table (4 people + dog). Nice cosy atmosphere and nicely located on main shopping street

The fondue was far below my expectation. The consistence looked rather like a béchamel than a fondue. Apart from the food, the ambience is nice. Friendly staff, nice wooden chalet.

We spent a lovely evening here downing the surprisingly easy to drink house red. There's a couple of snugs overlooking the main road outside. Great for people watching in comfort and the table service meant you didn't have to keep returning to the bar for more drinks...quite dangerous though!

Service was very friendly and professional. We had the smoke beef brisket and the kalbs cordonbleu. Both were served hot and were very good. Views from the terrace were very nice. Prices are in line restaurants of this quality in Switzerland. Would highly recommend!

If you want to have a good fondue it is a good place- the rest if the food is nothing special,
