A super pretty little log cabin. The terrace opens onto a lawn where cows roam. Public transportation here stops running very early, but thankfully it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, so it's convenient to come back at night.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with a balcony offering views of the snow-capped mountains. This family business has been passed down to the fourth generation, and their service was excellent and satisfactory. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.

A super nice hotel. From the butler to the hotel staff, everyone was incredibly helpful! The butler was always quick to assist me with any issues. The hotel's location is fantastic, near the Fister Mountain cable car station and a bus stop. Grindelwald train station and Coop supermarket are less than a 20-minute walk away. The environment is wonderful, the wooden cabins are very clean, and you can see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony.

Very nice wooden house hotel, located opposite Grindelwald Church, about 3 bus stops from the train station. You can take the 121, 122, 123 free buses to get there. The bus interval is about 10-20 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. The interior of the room we were given was old, but the bathroom had been renovated. The breakfast was rich, the service was also very good, and most importantly, the hotel itself was located near the First Interchange Station, with a superb view, just like climbing a dream.

It's great, the best hotel experience since coming to Switzerland. The room is very large, with an inner room, and the balcony has a mountain view. The style is traditional European wooden style. The service was also very warm, patient and polite. We also had a dinner at his house, which included 4 courses and cost 49CHF per person. It's a little far from the train station, about a ten-minute walk, but it's worth it!

A 125-year-old traditional hotel, wooden houses with underfloor heating; breakfast includes various breads, juices, yogurt, cheese, and meat slices (about three or four kinds each; I had read reviews saying the breakfast was very simple, but I didn't think so at all); it was delicious, my child and I ate until we were stuffed; the balcony overlooks the snow-capped mountains; and most importantly, they have a sauna, a mixed-gender bath where swimsuits are not allowed; there are also activity rooms for table football and other activities; the elderly staff at the front desk were very friendly.

great stay, very friendly staff. it is a typical Swiss chalet hotel. some of the rooms have been refurbished with a more recent look. clean, convenient, quiet, near the busstop Kirche. great food, some examples included. Tesla and other EV charger available.
