Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort in Grindelwald

Great central location to get to everything we wanted to. While our plans changed due to injury just before heading on vacation, we definitely made the most of our Grindelwald trip and were thrilled with the resort's services and location. The hotel's restaurant was a fantastic treat, as was the onsite breakfast offering. A nightly soak in the gorgeous hot tub in our room was definitely necessary!

The hotel is central located next to all the major ski resorts. Rooms are nice and large. Mostly families. Hotel has a nice Gym and the restaurant is great. Pretty much all you need at a reasonable price. The hotel staff is great, they are very nice and responsive. Cant wait to come back.

An amazing hotel. The staff are excellent, they are all so friendly and helpful, especially Melanie at reception, she goes out of her way for guests, thank you! The staff definitely 10/10, best we have experienced.

The team at Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort was so friendly and helpful. They helped me coordinate and plan the perfect birthday trip for my wife. It was the highlight of our trip, and extremely memorable in the most positive ways.
The amenities were clean and perfectly functioning. We appreciated the ecofriendly additions, and consciousness that present in the hotel.
Dayana, the Manager of the Spa, was engaging, friendly, helpful, and really nice. We enjoyed chatting with here during our spa experience package.
The rest of the staff was also pleasant to interact with. Assisting with questions, and guiding us int he right direction.
We will be back to visit again.

Rooms are spacious (depending on type), many with balconies, good furnishings. Heated, comfortable, good bedding. Minor upgrades noted.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, modern, stylish and quiet room with lots of wood and nice colors. TV and free internet. The minibar is also free (good idea, generous!). Huge spa and fitness center. The breakfast is very rich and tasty, served in a beautiful room. The best ratio of price and quality. Highly recommended!

Modern but cozy hotel in a great location. I loved the included minibar with Swiss snacks and drinks. Also a nice touch was the free coffee and cakes at their coffee shop in town. For my taste, the scenery was a bit self-help/motivational slogans, but otherwise everything was very nice.

Pros Incredible hotel. Good location in the center of the village. Within walking distance of a supermarket, souvenir shops, restaurants, lift platform to the mountain. The rate includes use of the gym and sauna. Sauna European, general and without swimsuits. Therefore, pouring yourself in the shower after the steam room, do not be surprised that a naked girl (guy) will come up for the next one. The sauna has a large Finnish, hammam, and herbal. There are two recreation areas, one of which is open-air with mountain views. The hotel has a colorful restaurant and in many places there are baskets of apples. The parking lot is large but payable. Cons · The insulation of the kettle's wire was damaged and one of the guests was electrocuted.

We had a wonderful time in this mountain hotel. Very welcoming and friendly. Our recommendation for anyone staying in Grindelwald .
