Clean rooms, not luxurious but sufficient, some with view to the lake. The price is adequate. The service is very good. There are not any parking lots close to the hotel. For parking you need to use an official underground parking with service . It costs about 15 Euros per day, additionally. It is convenient if you have not too much luggage.

Standard furnished room. Rather large compared to other hotel rooms. Sadly the road next to the hotel can be noisy so having a window open during sleep is only possible between 24:00 and 05:00.

The reason for my 2 star is the Great views. The rest...Rooms are average. No room service. The lady at the breakfast room was rude and everything needs a little upgrade. The hotel has everything to be a 5 star with a little extra effort!!

Central location and just a minute walk away from the metro. Great view to admire the lake. Hotel facilities are of standard and good minibar selection.

Just a week ago we have stayed in Lausanne over a weekend to meet friends and to visit the city. The location of the hotel is unique with the harbour right in front of it, playgrounds for kids, veggie market on Sunday and the proximity to the beach, the metro station and restaurants was amazing. We have enjoyed the stay to the max. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 and had a priceless view directly to the lake. Value for money was definitely justified.

Very well located just by the lake and by the metro station. The staff is very nice. However the rooms are quite old and the lobby and halls very small. The outside is nice but kind of noisy so hard to relax during summer. There is no AC. It’s a great place if your budget is low but want to stay in Ouchy

Fantastic location right next to the lake and metro. Amazing views from the room! Just stunning. Can't comment on the food as I didn't eat at the restaurant. But room was comfortable if a little small. Only didn't give five stars because the checkin time of 2pm couldnt be brought forward by even an hour.. Had to stroll the streets for hours after an early arrival to the city. Good service. Would definitely reccomend.

Absolutely gorgeous. This is such a peaceful environment filled with love and acceptance. It was a perfect place to go for rejuvenation and connection with myself and hubby! It's very close to all transportation services and the hotel provided a free card that allowed us to utilize all of the transportation. The food at all of the local restaurants was divine . We will be back!!!

I visited this restaurant on the 8/8/25 at 10.50. I wanted to order a glass of champagne. I was seated and ignored for 30 minutes. I left without ordering my drink.

Lovely little hotel, right by the lake, affordable by swiss standards, friendly staff, breakfast buffet nothing to write home about and freezing breakfast room. But ! The room! Right under the roof, overlooking the lake and marina, with a big bathtub. Really dreamy!

Previously, we had booked a lake view room at this hotel, but we were given a moldy, back room. When we complained to the hotel owner, he got very emotional and told us, "You can complain to the booking site. We are just doing what we are told, and we cannot change the room or refund anything." However, the lake view room was still available online that day. And he left hotel and refused to talk to him anymore. I felt that he was the kind of businessperson who only thinks about himself, like the ones we sometimes see.
It was an important part of our life's travel, but I was very disappointed with the owner's response, and the room was smelly, so I rebooked and moved to another hotel. Similar reviews are scattered around, mainly from Asian tourists, so I am not sure if that is the main reason or a coincidence. In any case, if you don't want to fail your trip, I would advise you to avoid this hotel. Sincerely.

The staff were really friendly and courteous. The room was super clean, and the beautiful lake view along with the easy access to the metro made my stay fantastic. The restaurant staff, especially during breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating.

A pleasant hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant attached. The room I had was small but pleasant and clean. Most of the staff speak English, and the hotel is just across the road from Lake Geneva. An interesting addition is that a stay currently comes with a 15 day travel pass for public transport.
