The service was excellent from the moment we got into the hotel . The view of Mount Kilimanjaro is fantastic from their rooftop bar. Good place to stay at getting ready to climb Kili and for rest when you come down.

No shampoo in washroom, no hot water in sink, towels ragged. There was a weird WiFi system that kept booting us out. Aircon is aimed directly at your head when you lie down.

The hotel is clean, tidy and a bit dated. The staff are all very friendly with a good grasp of English. The rooms are spacious. They have intermittent WiFi. The vegetables cooked in coconut sauce is delicious - if you have dinner in the restaurant.

The hotel is located in town centre with almost every service around there being accessible ATM, small shops, gasoline station, local markets, local transportation,, etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I may say this is a budget hotel interms of cost (affordable rates).
On the other hand, the staff are friendly. It is good place to be while in Moshi.

Quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Laundry was ridiculously expensive. During one meal the kitchen didn't have any of the appetizers available nor any fish/seafood. This meant the menu only contained 2-3 chicken dishes and 3 beef dishes. Staff is very friendly though and the rooms are nice. Not enough hot water for two showers.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Moshi. They offer bread and breakfast (buffet). The place is right in the city centre . Their rates are very affordable and staff are very competent. The rooms are clean and new towels provided every morning. Very easy to access entertainment options.
